I ordered a part for a mixer tap from Tapstore and received very good service. HOWEVER, the contact phone number on their web page is a premium rate number! I did not realise that o8 numbers were premium rate but I'll not be used this again.

I ordered a mono kitchen tap online. As an after thought, I emailed customer sales to ask whether the tap included all fittings, hoses etc. To my amazement, I received a reply within the hour! Upon Delivery, which only took a couple of days, I noted that tap base was wider than my existing tap so in a panic, I sent an another email seeking advice. Amazingly, I received an almost immediate reply confirming that the replacement tap would fit perfectly.

In summary, the pre delivery, delivery and post delivery service was perfect. Very impressed. 😀

I emailed to check availability of a specific Franke kitchen sink. Will replied promptly with info that it would take over a week to receive the sink. The next morning he emailed to say that in fact there were none available from the supplier. He suggested an excellent alternative from another brand - just right for what I needed and rather cheaper. That’s excellent sales service. I ordered it and it arrived on the next business day.

Tapstore has been absolutely fantastic! Recently, I contacted Tapstore for parts replacement, whereby the product I bought a few years ago was still under warranty. Teresa dealt with my enquiry, and she went above and beyond to sort this. She contacted the supplier and got the parts posted to me. Not only was the customer service great when I bought the product, but they are willing to assist after the purchase as well, which matters to consumers. I would certainly buy the products with them again.

Efficient ordering and delivery system for a replacement shower pump. Unfortunately it leaked - not connections but the body of the pump. Customer services immediately sent a replacement and arranged collection of the faulty pump. Excellent, understanding and personable service of a standard not often found these days. Well done and thank you.

We placed an order with Tapstore and received the items. Great quality items. I chose the wrong colour for the tap and Tapstore could not have more helpful with the returns process. Teresa was great from start to finish and organised everything so quickly and efficiently. Thanks for such great customer service.

Excellent experience with Tapstore. Teresa answered all my questions with patience, helped me choose the right sink, checked their stock and despatched my purchase promptly. She even sorted out the courier when I'd make a stupid mistake with the delivery address. Would highly recommend.

Following a nearly catastrophic leak, I needed a new kitchen tap urgently. Several of the many companies listed on the Internet were not able to offer even a human to human contact. By contrast, from my first contact with Teresa Day at Tapstore I knew that my interest were being looked after by a caring professional. The precise model of tap I wanted did not appear to be listed but Teresa took my telephone number and made various enquiries before coming back very quickly with exactly what I wanted. She also verified that a courier dispatch was possible. The new tap was delivered early the next morning.
I do not normally provide reviews but in this instance my experience was so positive: I am so grateful to this good lady for going above and beyond that I want to share my strong recommendation for this store.

On 19th August I raised an issue on the lack of clarity of the declared guarantee on a Franke Eiger mixer tap. Teresa, Tapstore Customer service, responded immediately, contacted Franke and arranged for the part in question to be replaced. It arrived on 22nd August. No fuss, prevarication or delay.
If only all online providers were as competent?

I had an issue with a sink I bought from Tapstore. Owing to my fitter being seriously delayed it was three months before the sink was unpacked and I found a small crack. Knowing that it was far outside the normal time frame for reporting faults I contacted Tapstore more in hope than expectation. I am at something of a loss to adequately express my gratitude and admiration for the customer service I received from the Tapstore and the manufacturer (Franke) and a replacement was organised and arrived today in perfect condition. Both companies have gone far beyond normal customer service and both have my undying respect and gratitude. I have been a fan of Franke for years for their products, I am a new customer of Tapstore but should I want sinks and taps in the future then they will definitely be Franke supplied by Tapstore. Ten out of ten both of you for customer service and my heartfelt thanks to you both.

38 days and still not get my order and they just say me waiting and wait

Bought a kitchen mixer over 5 years ago which started to drip but was out of warranty - Teresa @ Tap Store was really helpful and sorted out replacement cartridges to be sent direct to me free of charge - excellent service, would give more than 5 stars if I could!!
