Glad I checked reviews

Really slow UK website which prompted me to check Trust Pilot reviews. I'm glad I did. What kind of business you're running Tara Jarmon ? Unless you want to heard towards bankruptcy in this fast pacing fashion world, you've got to sort your services out.

Very poor service!

Can't return my order since they have send me the wrong return label. If I try to get in contact, the send the same label again which is not accepted at the delivery point. So impossible to return the goods and get my money back. Very poor service!!!

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Ordered several items online including a pair of shoes. The items were basically just thrown in a carton box and arrived in a deplorable state. Nothing like what you would expect for the prices they practice. On top of that , the shoes they sent have visible signs of wear. Tried to get in contact with customer service via email, the form on their website and phone. No answer after 2 weeks of calling daily during the hours declared on their website. I posted on their social media asking to be contacted by customer service. No answer. I even sent a LinkedIn message to their CEO kindly requesting to be contacted. No answer either.

Very unprofessional service.

Very unprofessional service.

I am still waiting for the refund of a return sent on January 8th and I have not received the money yet.

Because I really loved the trousers from that order, I placed a second order hoping to get the correct size. Besides those trousers, I also ordered a few other items. The surprise came after I was informed that the package had been shipped and even received tracking information from DHL. Five days after placing the order, Tara Jarmon sent me a notification saying that the trousers were actually not in stock and that they would refund me.

Considering that I still have not received the refund for the previous return, this situation is clearly unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. no orders GE10779104922FR and GE11514615764FR
Service totalement non professionnel.

J’attends toujours le remboursement d’un retour envoyé le 8 janvier et je n’ai toujours pas reçu l’argent.

Comme j’aimais beaucoup le pantalon de cette commande, j’ai passé une deuxième commande pour obtenir la bonne taille. En plus de ce pantalon, j’ai commandé également quelques autres articles. La surprise est venue après avoir été informée que le colis avait été expédié et après avoir reçu le suivi DHL. Cinq jours après la commande, Tara Jarmon m’a envoyé une notification indiquant que le pantalon n’était finalement pas en stock et qu’ils allaient me rembourser.

Étant donné que je n’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement du premier retour, la situation est clairement inacceptable. Expérience très décevante.

Do not buy online from Tara Jarmon

Do not buy online from Tara Jarmon. if you need to return an item, it is impossible to make contact with their customer service department to get a return form. You cannot access the form without contacting the customer service. Also you need to pay for the shipping yourself to return an item, which in my case was 11 Euro. A total rip off that they don't offer free returns and horrible communication with their team. This is the second time I've encountered the problem with them and will not be buying anything ever again from Tara Jarmon!

horrible experience with they online…

horrible experience with they online shop!!! in their email they confirmed the refund 7 days after the item delivered to them. after 14 days I still don’t receive the refund. crazy they make money keeping my money in their account!!! never again, stay away from this online shop

Terrible experience, wasted my time

My time is the most previous thing to me, and Tara Jarmon wasted it.

Unfortunately, I ordered from Tara Jarmon before reading the reviews here. My order arrived, but one item was wrong — instead of a wool blouse, I got a silk scarf with the blouse’s tag on it. The scarf wasn’t even sold on their site anymore.

I sent photos and emailed them right away, but their replies took days. I returned the scarf promptly, yet they never offered to send the correct item or even confirmed they’d received the return. I actually enquired about getting the correct item, and they did not deem the question with a response.
Only after I threatened to file a complaint and open a PayPal case did they respond — claiming their “15-day refund” policy actually takes 21 days.

I opened a PayPal case, won, and got my money back. I also kept one coat that didn’t fit well rather than risk returning it. I could only imagine the hell they would put me through if I returned the more expensive coat. I'd rather resell it and lose money than deal with them again.
This whole experience completely put me off the brand. Their in-store service used to be great, but the online one is terrible.

If you’re waiting on an issue — don’t. Keep track of deadlines and open a PayPal case or file a complaint with the French consumer protection authorities right away, or they’ll just ignore you.

It’s impossible to order online from…

It’s impossible to order online from the UK. I recommended the brand to quite a few friends, and I’ve sent around ten messages, their website still isn’t working properly. I definitely would have adjusted/changed my IT setup. It is indeed impossible to check out. When you press the button you are back at the main page. I am buying since 15 years plus Tara Jarmon their IT is now a disaster never experienced this only the last 10/12 months.

Very poor customer service on US website

I have placed 6 orders in the past two months. So far I received 4 orders of which one was correctly, another order contained duplicates of an item and failed to ship another item and the third and fourth shipments also contained duplicates of items or colors I did not order so I returned some items and kept other items. I made three return shipments via DHL promptly. However, I have not received a refund or acknowledgement of return or answers to either my emails or my query placed on their US website. I love the merchandise and have shopped many times at their lovely Hampstead/London shop but I live in California and so ordered on their US website. I am really worried I will never get refunded and I have two outstanding orders that have not yet arrived and I don't know how to cancel. I called the Hampstead store to see if they could help but they cannot and have heard many complaints of this sort.

Items I ordered and paid for out of stock

I ordered from their Outlet Sale on 21st May 2025 and nothing for 2 weeks. No update to say where my order was. Just Bots for customer service. I sent several emails and no response. Then I get an email after 2 weeks to say half what I ordered was not in stock and they shipped half my order. Absolute rubbish. All items were in stock when I placed the order. They said after I queried this that their inventory is not keeping pace with the orders. Not good enough and to be told this 2 weeks after I ordered. I won’t order from them again as they cannot be trusted to fulfil your order.

I bought a trousers and shirt set for…

I bought a shirt and trousers set for over €500, obviously assuming that the price would guarantee quality. The trousers arrived with several horrible and very noticeable printing defect and other details that make it unearable. No quality control at all. Customer service is absolutely terrible. No excuse for such a bad service considering the prices. I will never shop at Tara Jarmon again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

All of the negative reviews are absolutely correct. I didn’t want to believe the reviews because the clothes are so cute online. Usually the clothes are out of stock by the way (as other reviews have said). But more damningly, TARA JARMON DOES REFUND DUTIES AND TAXES!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Customer service is horrible. all bots. Never a human. And they do not refund duties and taxes paid when you return items. It is a complete scam and they hide the fact that they will not refund duties and taxes. Do not be fooled by the cute clothes. I thought the first time they kept my money was an accident, but it is a rule and a pattern with them. They are WAY overpriced to begin with and the bot service is completely unacceptable given the price point. STAY AWAY!!! I’d give them zero stars if that were possible.

Bad Experience

Unfortunately, my experience with this brand has been just as disappointing as many others have reported. I placed an order online, and after five weeks, I still haven’t received my package. The only responses I get are automated messages, with no real support or resolution. For a high-end brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve been bounced between multiple email addresses, none of which seem to connect to an actual person. At this point, I have little hope of getting my money back, as they refuse to provide any clear information about a refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Order not received

Order placed in early January, so far haven't received anything and the two emails i sent asking for an update were answered with a "looking into it", without much explanation.

At this rate i am hoping for a late delivery or a refund, but reading other reviews i won't be holding my breath. Instead i will start researching consumer protection complaints and mechanisms.

Definitely feels like a scam...

Mis-selling at point of sale - avoid

Shocking. All of the reviews are correct. Most items out of stock - informed 4 weeks after order. No communication. Order cancelled. Then 6 weeks later items arrived which I have to prove as Tara Jarmon has no evidence they have arrived. They won't enable me to return the items. Referred to a 'senior representative' who will respond at the earliest in 48 hours. All communications appear to be computer generated and there is zero accountability. Clear mis-selling at point of sale when it says all items are despatched within 72 hours and lack of transparency on unnecessarily challenging returns process.

Appaulingly bad

Like many of the previous reviews my order was cancelled by them in January but, in spite of over 20 emails no refund as yet. I am now referring it to Paypal.
I also feel their response emails are AI generated and not sure why they seem to come from 3 separate email addresses.
Tara Jarmon - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your shops worldwide and staff are superb but the online service is appaulingly bad.
So sad to have gone from my favourite brand with significant annual spend to such a disaster

Do not order online at Tara jarmon

Just to give people some info, after 6 weeks I was refunded for the clothes that did not arrive!! I made an order on 11 January and so far 2 February I did not receive my order. I have send several emails to get an update but the only reply I get is: "we are looking into it". This is unacceptable. Tara Jarmon is supposed to be a first class brand with first class customer service but this is not the case. No refund, no news NOTHING!

Never dispatched. No customer service. No Xmas presents

Ordered at the very beginning of December my family's Christmas presents. I immediately received confirmation of the order (by Global-e) and money was withdrawn. The order was never dispatched: I have been contacting a (non existing, I believe) customer service which merely confirmed that they were sorry they were experiencing delays and I would have received an e-mail once my order was dispatched. Over a month later I received an automated cancellation of my RECENT (!) order and, thankfully a full refund including shipping costs, but no discount o real apologies.
