Do NOT buy. Returned an item & still not refunded! They delete my social media comments, don’t reply via mail, Whatsapp,… 100% fraude webshop!
I waited over a month for my order to ship, but it never did. They ignored my emails requesting cancellation and refund. It was only after I disputed the payment with my bank that they decided to ship it, causing even more unnecessary problems. Extremely unprofessional.

Ordered a coat on sale. First order ever on Zapa fr. I checked trust pilot After I placed my order and freaked out.. emailed their CS department to cancel and got a quick and nice email back explaining that they can't cancel but advising me to refuse the delivery.
I decided to maintain, and return if not happy, but I must say I'm delighted. The coat is very nice, good quality. Fast delivery. So I thought I should share my positive experience.
2 down jackets ordered on Apr 16th, sent to me by DHL on Apr 21st. Zapa messed with address on the parcel, but I hoped it was correctable via DHL. In vain. In June 1st DHL officially informed me that my parcel has been lost and advised to claim a refund.
Ok, happens, now the interesting part:
Contacted Zapa on June 9th, initially with request to send me same jackets once again. They replied next day, nothing about my request, sent me to Tara Jarmon customer service for a refund.
Tara Jarmon requested extra info, sent to them on June 12th. No reply.
Reminded them on Aug 13th (was super busy). No reply.
Sent another claim on Oct 31st. They requested same info. Sent once again.
Nov 3rd Tara Jarmon sent me back to Zapa customer service.
Nov 6th contacted Zapa once again. No reply
Nov 13th contacted Zapa by Whatsapp
Nov 15th finally got my refund.
Order here if you want to spend you free time pushing them to do their job.

Bought a dress because it's 50% off during summer sales season, but even then the dress is €92 (instead of €180+).
And the quality is so bad! It's just a thin, cheap fabric that feels hard and rough. When I tried to return it, I realized that I also had to pay for the postal fee.
Never again!
My wife bought several cloths in one of their stores in Paris. According to their checkout system, my payment (ApplePay) was being denied so I tried a 2nd time.
Later on the day, I found out both transaction were successful so we went back to the store.
According to the shop manager, the 1st transaction was being denied. Although I showed both transactions in my bank app, she said she could do nothing for me.
After several messages to their HQ I received my money back however without any response from them. If I were Zapa Paris I would feel very bad I about this situation. Costed me a lot time and had to chase my money without any apologie from them. Never again Zapa Paris.
