I have a Haibike treking5. Purchased 18 months ago for around 2k.
The pedal came off and stripped the crank threads. I first phoned the supplier to be told the part was unavailable.I was not offered an alternative or any help at all. On the advice of my son I got in touch with Tarty bikes. They offered to re thread the crank if I posted the part to them.
All done and dusted within a week.
Great service at a very reasonable price.

Tarty Bikes did a superb job on my bike. Full service, changed worn parts and fitted my Swytch kit. It rides like new with a great feeling of connection between pedal push and wheel movement. Superbly set up.

The communication from them was amazing. My order was delayed a bit due to a vendor and natural disaster and they kept me in the loop through the entire process. Being in the states I then had to deal with customs etc, and they assisted with that as well. I highly recommend them for any purchase!!!!!

Top draw help yet again! Needing spokes to build up a unusual hub and rim combos. Not something that's a obvious or something that is popular so needed help with calculating the spoke length which the tartybikes team are always so helpful with. Communication with them is always brilliant via email and if things aren't too clear they always call me. Customer service is second to none and with more than 20+ wheels never once has their calculation been wrong. Absolutely spot on every time, product and customer service.
