Great starter trials bicycle at a great price. Bike was almost ride-ready, just had to assemble handlebar and front wheel. Shipping box was a little beat up on arrival, but good packing, to include plastic disks to protect the disks, saved the day. Noting it is a starter bike, I did order better pedals, but should have ordered a better kick plate and better handles! (Recommendations welcome.)

Easy fast even to Greenland. Super glad for my new bike and handlebar. Super nice products not! last time I will order....

I really appreciated this shop. Really nice experience. The only thing is shipping which is really brutally expensive to USA. The supply sucks for trials parts in the USA. No selection and very expensive. Open a shop in America!

Unbelievable customer service. I’m a total noob and had a bajillion questions on how to both put my bike together correctly and do my first part replacement. Charlie walked me through things successfully again and again. Super clear at communicating, super patient. If I lived in the UK, I’d drive to Tarty just to buy him a beer (or three).

Absolute shambles. Ordered a stem on the 24th. Apparently Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 28th and it was refused. No card left, not sent to the collections office.. and CCTV at the property shows no attempt was made. Tarty bikes said until they received the stem back they couldn’t do anything even though they knew it was on route. Now over a week since order, no stem, no refund, customer service level 0. What’s happened to this shop, used to be the absolute go to place. Evidently not anymore.

Doing business with Tarty Bikes has been a total pleasure. Friction-less online purchases and an impressive range of choices in high-end brakes, Hope in particular, make this a go-to source for me. If you are seriously enthusiastic about bicycles, the Tarty Bikes website is a very good place to hang out.

The user experience on their site is efficient, shipping is fast and includes excellent email updates and tracking, the latter being a priority if, like me, you live a long way from the UK (I'm in New Zealand).

You can tell that the crew at Tarty Bikes is extremely competent business-wise and that they they enjoy what they are doing. It doesn't get any better in the realm of online retailing in any online business sector, cycling included. This is a stand-out operation and the crew is the real deal.

I've been riding pro-level equipment since 1968 and can confidently say that these people are very good at what they do. Highly recommended, and I'm much obliged for their good service.
