This is false marketing! Please don't buy their bags!

I received my bag today (2 weeks later than they communicated) and am disappointed with what I received. The bags come from China and are not from The Netherlands at all. They look cheap and and are definitely not made out of quality material. I paid way too much for this bag. It was my mistake that I fell for their marketing and didn't look them up on Trustpilot first. I bet they write positive reviews on this page themselves to balance out all the negative ones. Please don't make the same mistake I did and stay away from this brand.

SO disappointed in these bags. While they did arrive within a few days, I was shocked when I unwrapped them. First of all, the smell of cheap rubber & glue was overwhelming and gave me a headache. The material is cheap plastic with cheap gold chains on it. Inside zipper gets stuck, button to close doesn't stay closed.

Bags are maybe worth 1/4 of what they charge, you can find them all over Shein and AliExpress for a tenner.
It's definitely false advertising and they should be reported! (Which I will, once I get my money back).

Have requested a return immediately. Will update the review once they get back to me.

The bag took forever to arrive, and when it arrived I understood why: it probably came from the same supplier of the average AliExpress shop.

The bag looks nice and it’s exactly the shape I was looking for, but that’s where the pros end.
Terrible quality, definitely not worth the price. As I said, I could’ve easily found it on AliExpress for a fraction of the price (and I later did!). Their ‘vegan leather’ is straight up rubber.

Wish I’d done my research beforehand.

half a year has passed !!!! no money, no bags! support writes different reasons each time why they still returned the money to me

Absolutely NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered two bags and found these are SHEIN bags. What a shame!!! I will never order anything from them again.

I'm so happy with my purchase, the bag came after 2-3 weeks but it was worth waiting, the bag is in really good quality and the order came in ecological and really cute package. I really love it!!

I´ve got my bag within promised delivery time. However I am disappointed, because the bag came straight from China, the quality is as it is in China market. The bag looks Ok, but material quality and the smell are definitely not worse 45 Eur. If I would buy this bag from Aliexpress/Wish/Ebay for max. 20 Eur, I might be quite happy. But this website positioning themselves as European store and prices give reason to assume good quality, which it is not. No trust in this seller anymore!

I would never suggest anyone order from BAGS AMSTERDAM (previous TAS AMSTERDAM)!!! I can't believe I was so stupid that didn't check reviews before made my order. I placed my order a month ago and still haven't received my bag. When I asked for a refund they just wrote me that my bag is on it's way and send me promo code for the next order. :D

DON’T ORDER!!!! BIG SCAM !!!Ordered a bag about more than one month ago, didn‘t came until last week.... so far so good, but the zipper didn‘t work properly. Wrote them a complaint and nobody answered. Which is kind of ridiculous, because I receive a lot of newsletter from this website, but apparently they are not interested in customer service.
The bag that I ordered costs 30 Euros, which it‘s definitely not worth it. Found the same exact bag on a different website for 5 Euros.
It‘s also interesting to add that they changed their name from TAS Amsterdam to BAGS Amsterdam I believe?! Not trustworthy. Don‘t waste your money on this website!!

I don't know why I ordered from this page.. when there is no contact, no address.. it looks fake and it is fake. I wrote them a complaint, but no one answered (my order never came)! Plus now they don't exist as TAS Amsterdam, now they're BAGS Amsterdam. Shame!

So, i ordered bags, they never mentioned that bags are coming from China. I was very disappointed. And when finally package with bags came ( after one month), there was one item missing.

I ordered 4 bags and only 3 came.

And the worst is that bags were moldy! It was disgusting....

I ordered 5 bags and they came in today after 10 days! I am very happy with every single bag! MANY THANKS tasamsterdam I will order again!!

I really love this brand. I just received my second order from this webshop and I am exited to wear this bag. I received so many compliments with my first bag. All my friends also got a bag from here now!! :D

This is just dropshipping from China, which is just not ok when you market yourself as “Amsterdam”. This also implies that delivery takes forever which is not communicated on the website. I’ve waited for a month, it said it should take 4 days. Still didn’t receive anything. Scam. Stay away.

Ordered on 22.02.21 and today (12.03.21) there is still no delivery... I would never order if i knew it would take that long.

Unfortunatly i expected a better quality for the product i ordered. The material is very bad and it has a bad smell. Colors are the same of the photos excepted for the chain wich is a very "fake" gold color. I dont like it very much

This is a Chinese company, with some customer service in Europe, the products they sell are not made in Italy nor in Amsterdam, it’s all made in CHINA.

It’s a typical taobao scheme were they source products from China for less than a dollar and they sell for 200% plus it’s original price.

They basically ruined my girlfriend’s birthday, I ordered a couple of bags about 20 days before her birthday thinking the road from Amsterdam to Denmark would be just a couple of days route, in horror I realized when I received the tracking that it was shipped from China.
The items apparently have not been received yet, but based on other reviews here it is apparent that are made with cheap plastic.

And guess what you have to pay for the return shipment as well.

So..Ladies, please stay away, don’t fall for the fancy Instagram posts or the vegan leather gimmick...
If you really like the bags, a quick search in Alieexpress will find you the same bags for 10-15 bucks.

These guys are just a middleman that scams you for your money.

You have been warned.

It was the worst order in my life. Firstly, you wait it for a month. Secondly, it’s bad quality bag with terrible rubber smell inside. Attribute the word Amsterdam to their products it’s a crime. If you are ready to order a product from them, be ready to throw money away. Sorry, for my honest review.
