The worst company and the slowest service ever. I don't recommend it. Please choose Emirates Post, Aramex, or Zajeel, but stay away from this company. They got my document for MOFA attestation since Thursday, April 9. They only submitted the document on April 13, and till now no update. I am still waiting, and I'm begging the delivery agent to deliver today, but it's useless, even though I asked for self-pickup. I tried to call their contact center to complain 600500877, but no one attended the call, only an answering machine asking me to leave a message. What a customer happiness agent they have 😒, and I have an appointment with the Egyptian consulate. I can't make it because of the delay, even though I received an email from MOFA that the document attestation is done and completed
Their service is very bad, they connot deliver on time
Zero value customer service, like waste service and management.
Worst logistics company ever, my EID was supposed to arrive yesterday yet today their agent calls me and asks for my address as if it wasn't in their system and says "I will come tomorrow ".
I received a Whatsapp message re a shipment which asked me to "add your location", (I assumed that they had my actual address from the sender), so I sent my Whatsapp location which clearly showed a Dubai Marina map and my tower name. The next day a courier phoned me, he was in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, completely the wrong emirate! I then went through several painful automated Whatsapp messages, again providing my location map and my address. The next day another courier phoned me and this time he was in Jumeirah Beach Residence instead of Dubai Marina. I then had to wait several hours for him to reach me with my package. I spent 2 days at home waiting for the delivery and lots of inconvenience. I emailed the company to complain and received a missed call from them the next day and then an email. I thought someone would try to call back, but they did not, so I tried to return their call, I held in a loop for a long time, and neither of the 2 people on the email address were available, so the operator told me that a message would be left for them to call me back, no one ever did call me back nor send me another email. I gave them several opportunities to hear my complaint so hence I'm now publicly shaming them as I don’t want anyone else to experience this - I would never use this company, dreadful service.
