I have been using tax assist for my small business accounting for the last 18 months. I'm a lawyer and have had a few tax and accounting issues. I've got to say that they have really been excellent. I would recommend them (my branch are the folks in Southwark, London on Southwark Bridge Road). A shout out to Sukhi, Amir and the team. Very supportive. On time, simple advice and super helpful. Reasonable price for good advice which actually allows me to get on with running my business knowing that someone has got my back on VAT, Tax returns etc. Excellent accountancy firm.

I have used TaxAssist Accountants in Harpenden for years and have always had excellent service. They have rearranged their coverage and I was asked to move to TaxAssist Radlett (and off shoot of the Letchworth branch).
The Radlett team are just as professional and efficient as the Harpenden group and made the whole tax calculation process easy.
It is always strange to change to a new accountant, but I having dealt with the Radlett team I can only recommend them.

We are sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience.
As acknowledged in our correspondence, there was historic communication with a former member of staff regarding this matter.
Following that communication, there was no further contact with our office for approximately two years.
When you subsequently got back in touch, we obtained HMRC authority, reviewed the position and provided a proposed solution. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to liaise with HMRC, appeal penalties and interest, and assist in bringing the matter to a conclusion.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reach agreement on how to proceed.
We appreciate that this situation has been frustrating for you. However, we believe our team acted professionally, respectfully and in good faith in attempting to help resolve matters once we were re-engaged.
We take all feedback seriously and are committed to understanding where expectations may not have been met.
