The feeling that you are in front of the remote computer
I have been using TV for years and the biggest plus is the feeling that you are in front of the remote computer when in fact you can be anywhere. Another plus is the ease of use your File Transfer process. Two complaints, 1) it drops connections, sometimes frequently and 2) you cut off free users due to the belief that you think they are commercial users and force users to go through a detail appeal process before turning service back on.
