After 20 years of service our company used TeamViewer for our remote support of our clients for the last 10+ years we were open. TeamViewer was a rock star and provided reliable and secure access meeting our security standards and our clients. Since closing in 2018 we no longer use the business class version of their product but continue to use their product for our personal needs. In our opinion TeamViewer is in a class of it's own. Thank you TeamViewer.

I tried really everything on the market, and also for Apple devices, like AnyDesk, SOSSplashtop etc. TeamViewer is the best!

We use teamviewer in a corporate environment.
We pay for our license.
Our operations are time sensitive medical work.
We adapted our remote support methodologies on how teamviewer works and have been the same for many years.
But as of late we run into endless headaches that create delays, call outs and breaking in service delivery - and this is not our fault - but this is a big problem in our operations.
Our problems started somewhere mid 2025.
As of late simply connecting to remote stations is laggy, half of the interface indicates 'an error occured.'
Are you guys releasing unreviewed AI vibe code slop or what's going on?
Prior to the recent changes forcing people to migrate, to do call outs to install newer versions etc we already had a lot of issues. We'd setup unattended access and about 50% of the time it actually worked. Half of the time we'd still get prompted for passwords, and othertimes the device is under a 'shared managed' group but it remains only visible to one user. We didn't have these problems. We've quadruple-checked setups and configs since these problems started and all the time everything was correct but teamviewer continued to acted out. We were highly dependant on basic things like layout and how the search function worked - it was basic, neat and produced the wanted results. The latest version? This search function? The jumbled lists not in alphabetical order any more? Seriously?
We went from asking our end users what their hostname was and that was that, we had access from there. NOW we have to ask for IDs and passwords most of the time even though these devices are on our management list? Then you might have to connect once or 4 times or close and reopen teamviewer between almost every session to wake up again !
We need to urgently find a suitable alternative as teamviewer's trajectory seems to indicate headaches will only increase.

The procedure is quite good and easy to follow and the remote connection is very quick.
I do not use it often, yet I feel it is very convenient to use.
