Unable to contact customer service
Ordered a phonecase on 26th August but has never been received. Tracking link says order was "cancelled" by Tech21 on 3rd September. I have not received product or refund or notification to explain why. I have tried to contact Tech21 helpdesk email twice and have received no acknowledgement or response to my emails. Fraudulent? Perhaps this post will generate a response.

Sent the wrong one
Sent the wrong one. Then told I had to pay for postage to send it back. Tried to get a swap at the Apple Store in Edinburgh was told no so told them to keep it as it was of no use to me. Will never buy your products again

Fraudulent company
I ordered a case for my AirPods Pro about a month ago. It never arrived and the tracking info was stuck on ‘it’s on its way’. I contacted Tech21 and they flat out refused to do anything about it, even after me forwarding them correspondence from the courier confirming the item had indeed been lost in transit. Normal practice would have been for Tech21 to refund me so that I’m not out of pocket and then to make a claim with the courier. Please do not order from this company - they will take your money and run.

I saw this phone case available at the Apple Store for the newer phones. I really liked it and the texture so I ordered it for my iPhone 15. It does not have the same texture and is way too smooth. It slips when propped up and hard to hold onto with one hand.

iPhone protection
I have had your phone case on my iPhone 11 Pro since new and not had any problems even dropped it a few times and no damage, so when I ordered the iPhone 16 it was a no brainer to get the best phone case I could.So I can only say please keep up the good work and I look forward to using you in the future.

Don’t. bother
received my pro max 14 case 7 days ago . the on off switch fell out making use of the case impossible. Having purchased direct from tech 21 i wrote to them providing purchase order details and pics of case and damage as requested
had requests the next day to send the same info again and prove i had purchased the item.
Terrible customer support. don’t bother thinking you are paying for quality and will get good customer support if you buy direct. It is not the case.

Fantastic product
I purchased your products after seeing the first hand results of my friend’s phone after he dropped it on a climb. The phone landed on its corner destroying the glass and upper corner. However, the camera and all of the phone still functioned. I personally have dropped my phone from only 6 or so feet up on a ladder while in a case that I’d purchased from one of those mall vendors and it landed similarly but, with much more severe results. i.e. non functional and screen unusable.
The newest privacy glass cover came with a mounting box to assist with perfect placement of the screen cover. Tus alone made the purchase of that product worth every penny.👍
