Excellent repair by the team at Leamington on my sons ipad Gen 8. Speedy, great advice and excellent standard of repair.

I needed to transfer data from old Motorola phone to new Motorola phone. The other places I tried couldn't do it. Ashley in Techhouse, Bromley explained that it was difficult due to the age of the old phone. He persevered and successfully transfered all the data for me.

Been to EE, absolutely useless. Wanted to charge me more for monthly contract been loyal customer for 27years. Walked across to Techhouse, guys over there helped me out a lot had my phone up and running in 15mins. All for £30. Great service from Ashley the technician and the Manager Asif. Recommend to anyone to get devices repaired. Very friendly staff.

Won't stop texting with marketing campaigns and no way to Unsubscribe. Failed to uphold a 1 year warranty on a screen replacement and now cannot unsubscribe!

As per the government law:

You must make it easy to opt out - for example by sending a ‘STOP’ text to a short number, or using an ‘unsubscribe’ link.

The team in High Wycombe were really helpful and efficient. They succeeded in setting up a new phone (which they supplied) with everything I needed from my broken and very old phone which was a huge relief. Many thanks!

I had an issue with the camera on my phone becoming smudged. I visited many phone repair shops in Bromley and got quotes for replacing the camera. Then I saw Ashley in Tech House. Within 3 minutes he has opened the camera and cleaned it so it was back to its former quality. Then he refused payment! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would definitely go back again if I ever had an issue again.

Highly recommended : Knowledgeable Friendly Fast ! Took my corrupted Samsung S7 phone into their Bromley (The Glades) shop today without much hope of a fix. The phone was infected with malware and stuff I couldn't uninstall (no fixes on YouTube either). But the Tech House manager assessed my situation and with a few deft strokes, fixed it, perfectly, in minutes. Gave me some very useful advice on how not to use anti malware /virus software too. Thank you Tech House I'll be back.
Headache gone

My screen had broken so needed to replace the screen, didn't take long only an hour to fix and added a screen protector on for me. Polite, helpful & trustworthy

My phone stopped charging and I was told by my network provider to send it off for repair. I was told I would lose all my pictures, Apps and saved passwords. I would also be without a phone for at least a week. By chance, I saw a TechHouse outlet opposite, and popped in, not really expecting to hear any better news. The staff were friendly, and one of them offered to look at my phone. Within two minutes, they had diagnosed the problem and remedied the problem. I was speechless. I asked how much, and they said, "No charge, happy to help. Your charger connection point needed a quick clean. It really was no problem at all" They even charged my phone with enough power to enable me to get home. This decent, knowledgeable and professional member of staff was responsible for saving all my photos, memories and saved Data! Why didn't the retail outlet where I bought my phone check it over? The simple answer being they're only interested in selling you a phone and Don't give a stuff when there's not a sale in it for them! The staff at TechHouse Bromley Glades Shopping Centre are amazing. They know what they're doing and go out of their way to help. Yes, they could have charged me, but given it was a quick fix, they chose not to. They saw I was a little stressed out and wanted to help. What a first class service! Thank you for what you did. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone and you will be my first port of call should my phone need repair. Very Highly Recommended. Thank you again!

This is review is based on the High Wycombe store and my appraisal is about the amazing customer service I received in this store on the 16/07/2021.
The young man in this store, namely Aiden, is an absolute credit to the business he is working for. He helped to resolve an issue that wasn't even the stores problem. In a kind, considerate and most helpful manner this young man rectified weeks of problems I'd been having with my phone. He went out of his way to help and I fully recommend this store and Aiden to anyone who is looking to solve any issues regarding their phone, tablets or mac book repairs.

Spent £180 on a screen replacement which was completed and sold with a 1 year warranty, once received back it would just randomly call people and unlock itself - i was told its not an 'official' Apple screen so let the issue slide. A month or so later half of the screen has just gone bright white so the phone is unusable, i decided to take it back instore and was told its not a technical screen issue so the warranty wasn't valid, they then proceeded to tell me that i have to pay another £180 for a new screen as i had dropped the phone, pretty sure from inspecting the phone its very obvious it hasnt been dropped! Rude and unhelpful!

I visited the TechHouse store in Bromley on Thursday 9th Dec 2020 to see if they could help with problems on my Tablet. Wow, what wonderful excellent Customer Service from Finlay and his colleague. All problems were resolved. Truly, this is Customer Service at its best.

Asif was very helpful today changing my phone screen, he gave an excellent service, really good value, from this I was able to recover all my photos, videos & my happy memories that I thought were lost.

Asif was very kind and helped me with my AirPod and iPhone. It was not working he cleaned it and asked me to check. It worked very well after that. Can’t thank him enough for getting straight into the problem without overcharging me. Thanks a lot Asif!

I’ve used this company on a few occasions and wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my phone fixed. Excellent service.

Some months ago I bought a phone cover and screen cover from the Wycombe store. Recently, an air pocket developed under the screen cover. I went to the store to see if this could be fixed but the guy in there replaced it for me at no charge. Fantastic customer service, will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you.
