Bought two printers. Happy customer

I bought a K1 printer from here and so far been really good. I have used their support desk a few times which is where they've really shown their value. Very responsive and don't just focus on the obvious stuff but dig a bit deeper when getting to the bottom of issues. My latest issue turned out to be filament based. They could have stopped there but advised on other things just to be sure. Really great service and I will defintiely buy from them again when the time comes.

I have been using these guys for since the early printing days and they have never disappointed over many years.

Product shipping is fast, prices are good and their after sales support is second to non.
On top of that, these guys are not just a blind reseller, they have evident knowledge and passion about the market they are in!
Cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing service and support, I really can’t praise it enough.

I always purchase my 3D printers and accessories from Technology Outlet, as I constantly hear how the support provided direct from manufacturers is very hit and miss. That said, I’ve mostly been lucky, and I’ve never really had a significant issue until recently. I experienced a problem with my Bambu Labs AMS unit where it was feeding and then retracting filament repeatedly.

I received speedy and helpful support from Technology Outlet (and from Bambu Labs, actually) with replacement parts dispatched to me next day under warranty. Some minor surgery on AMS later and I’m all fixed up! Couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommended Technology Outlet to anyone.

Great service and fast postage

I had a brass threaded insert come slightly out when removing the extruder on my X1 Carbon which stopped the nozzle from being inserted, a new extruder was promptly sent to me and I received this the next day, all through the process I received excellent help and advice from James and Sam.
This is the reason I buy from Technology Outlet

Delivered on time, but I wish you would not ask for a signature.

Sadly my printer has a warped bed and I’ve been trying to fix this issue since I purchased my printer🥲 but other than that they were great, the printer turned up really quick and well packaged. Just a shame about the bed

I have previously given this company 5 stars, they are a decent company overall. This low rating is for Bambu lab filament that I bought from them.
On Bambu labs website they have the refill I purchased for about £14 a roll but its out of stock and I needed it. Id have bought between 5 and 8 rolls. Id have got free postage.
Now in Technology outlets shop I paid £28.90 for 1 refill !!! Double the price!
Technology outlet probably bought all Bambu labs stock!!
I had to buy this one roll to tide me over, its a specific colour. Otherwise id not have paid that.
So come on Technology outlet, you're a great retailer. Stop ripping off your customers to earn a few extra £££. You sell their printers for the same price, why not their filament??? If I can get it for £14 ish pounds Im sure you pay even less.
You risk annoying your customers.

Got a biqu hurakan, prints nicely. Had a small problem at the start but ended up working fine.

When ever I can i buy my 3D printer stuff from these guys. I have also found their customer support second to none I have had a few problems lately. Myles Lightfoot has been brilliant in helping me out and in a timely manner, not had to wait days as per some manufacturers support systems,

Great customer service Excellent doesn't describe the service I received; it was beyond excellent!! From my first email to Technology outlet, I received a reply within minutes. One of the CS team members James Bell, corresponded with me throughout the time my Creality K1 3D printer wasn’t working. I sent him the error code and from there we tried troubleshooting the issue, he sent out replacement parts to try rather than have me packing the whole thing back into the box. Eventually we had to get it returned, the error code was a bit off putting and didn’t really indicate what the trouble was it was saying it was a sensor issue when all along it was a Z axis stepper motor that was at fault. James arranged collection (I live in Northern Ireland) with DPD from my home. Once the machine was in for repair, I was contacted by the service engineer; Myles Lightfoot, Myles emailed me with updates and described the work he had undertaken on the printer, he even upgraded the extruder and hotend. All in all, the job took less than a week, I had it back without any delay. All I can say is, if you live in the UK, I would highly recommend buying from Technology Outlet; it won’t cost you any more than buying from the manufacturers website and you will probably get the product quicker than waiting for the manufacturer to get it packed at their warehouse and despatched. Plus, I don’t think any of the bigger manufacturers such as Creality and Bambu lab could offer the same support as James and Myles gave to me over the last few weeks. I for one will wait until the Bambu lab printers are in stock and I will have no problem purchasing from this UK based retailer. I also purchased a K1 Max from them which arrived to my address in N. Ireland within a couple of days, I also purchased an Flsun Super Racer from them last summer and it came very quickly, if it’s in stock they will try to get it out on the same day, so get your order in early and if you live on the GB mainland you might even get it the next day.

Absolutely Outstanding customer service! I have bought all my printers from Technology Outlet and if I have ever had a problem they have resolved it straight away.
