Excellent company, a ton of decent 3d products, with great service, first class.

It is said that the mark of a good retailer is how they react when things go wrong. I had a problem with my 3d printer but the folks at Technology Outlet (especially James) were exceptional. Communication was excellent, advice was given impartially and honestly and my whole experience was handled in a first-class manner. I cannot fault a thing they did and they did everything possible for me. A deserved 5 stars.

First time using, mixed feelings really, one of the colours of Bambu Lab PLA filament i recieved (green) wasn't the colour that was shown on the website, i'm unsure if this is a problem with Technology Outlet or with Bambu's marketing materials. The rest of the order was perfect, and the customer service I recieved to resolve the issue was very good and James was very professional, quick to respond and helpful, will give them another go and will probably just avoid the Bambu PLA.

I contacted Technology Outlet customer service because of a problem I had with my 3D printer SD card reader. I received prompt response from James Bell who explained to me in simple terms what I needed to do to sort out the problem as I am not very good with computer systems this was great service. I would recommend this company.

Brought a Creality K1 printer, it had a issue, Emailed support and after a few emails between me and Myles Lightfoot from support he identified a hot end fault, sent a replacement that day that arrived next day and has fixed the issue. excellent customer service

I had a problem with my 3D printer and contacted Technology Outlet. They guided me through what information required. They had the part I needed and sent straight away. James Bell was great and acted immediately. I also buy my my other parts from them and the delivery is always very quick. This is a great company and always use them.
