Some initial problems with Audiate license were resolved due to effort of the support desk. Love the products.

Firstly, human experience, which is what I believe this was, is often superior to Ai still in most cases, except where technical information is readily available on the internet. For any other queries, AI often cannot solve the problem. I have experienced this on facebook and other platforms. If it is not programmed in cannot fix. So quick intelligent human response, is what I am always impressed wiith.

TechSmith is always helpful and responsive. Rarely does it take multiple inquiries to get a correct response.

I have been using SnagIt for many years. If you are in business of any kind I would find ways to use it. It gets better every year. Always has been worth the value and I would not know how to replace it! Highly Recommended for any business. They make me look smarter than I am!

Snagit is a wonderful product that enhanced all my how-to writeups by allowing me to make a copy of anything on the web.
