You have my favorite screenshot…

You have my favorite screenshot software which I use all the time. And now with the video capture it is great.
My phone conversation to get my service back restored after I lost Snagit after an update went very smooth and hw was most helpful getting me back up and running again....Thank You

Human intelligent support 5 stars

Firstly, human experience, which is what I believe this was, is often superior to Ai still in most cases, except where technical information is readily available on the internet. For any other queries, AI often cannot solve the problem. I have experienced this on facebook and other platforms. If it is not programmed in cannot fix. So quick intelligent human response, is what I am always impressed wiith.

I have been using SnagIt for many years. If you are in business of any kind I would find ways to use it. It gets better every year. Always has been worth the value and I would not know how to replace it! Highly Recommended for any business. They make me look smarter than I am!
