LOVE SnagIt by TechSmith!
SnagIt by TechSmith is my #1 favorite time saving tool. I use it countless times every day as a screen capture to document for internal purposes or provide to client for training! So incredibly easy to use and the functionality is way beyond my needs! On the few times that I need support, they are AWESOME to work with. You don't have to be a high-end user to benefit from SnagIt!

Great Products, but Limited Student Discounts
Although I really like their products, especially Snagit, I think they should offer student discounts to more countries, not just the US, UK, and Canada. Expanding this benefit globally would help students like me and allow them to reach a wider audience.
