Fraud and Product Substitution — Tee-quadrat.com

We categorically do not recommend doing business with Tee-quadrat.com (AURORASIA GMBH).
We ordered toppings for Bubble Tea from them, but received completely different products that did not match our order. These appeared to be unsellable leftover stock that they deliberately substituted.

We immediately submitted a complaint, but after that the company simply stopped responding — they ignore both email and WhatsApp. The money was not refunded, and the goods were not replaced.

Moreover, this is not the first time — based on our experience and the reviews of other customers, they regularly send expired products and are engaged in blatant fraud.

An extremely dishonest supplier. We do not recommend doing business with them.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I have placed an order for bubble tea supplies almost 3 weeks ago and no order has been shipped. They don´t answer the emails, no social media either, the phone doesn't work so hundreds and hundreds of euro went down the drain. We will open a court case in Germany and take down this scam "company". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!
