Im not satisfied because the device still belongs to the organization. They have access data, apps, associated with the device . So its possible that they can block the device what ever they want.

We would like to clarify that we do not have any access to the phone you purchased, nor do we have any ability to block or control the device in any way. Once the phone is sold, it is no longer connected to us or any organization.
The phone was fully reset to factory settings before being sold. This means it only contains the standard apps and software that come from the manufacturer when the device is new.
