Stay away from them!
First of all, we had misleading conversations- was told we were saving £200-300 but we went on actual website after that, we paid extra. We weren’t told who our provider is until we paid. Calls are recorded which is great so we were told slides were included in our package, turns out we have to pay extra . We tried speaking to manager, none available?! Would not recommend
Updated: we have not been contacted by customer service despite this review response and writing a formal complaint!’

Well what a pleasant surprise :D
Well it was bit of surprise dealing with teletext holidays and having to make phone calls, but Gary and the team came up with the best price and even went over and above to sort out our accommodation when the one we had booked turned out to be having a refurb done.
He helped find suitable accommodation.
We also had to add an extra person on and he was really patient and helpful.
Thanks Teletext & Gary, I would use you again. :D
