Outstanding customer service
I’ve been in touch with customer service several times. Two times I have lost my phone and needed urgent help to get a new SIM card. Both times the crew at customer service has been extremely helpful and kind. I’m just a matter of hours I had a new SIM card in my hand thanks to their will and effort to help me quickly. Really recommend this company, they are such a professional and personal operator with a great people and great service.
