I would not like to recommend their product to buy.

I have worked with YellowPages theme which is a child theme for Directory, which offers a unique professional implementation for location filtration on WordPress that works marvelously with a solid implementation of fully customization post types.
The theme have some short comings in terms of visualization with the lack of granular control for various elements css.
The one thing about them that shines the most is their technical support, they gives you all the help you need with a positive can-do attitude, which is in many ways better than any support I received for WordPress in years, and trust me, I've done a big share of those while working on various WP projects for the past 7 years.

Templatic offers a high level service, very professional and competent. Furthermore, their customer focus is above expectations. 5 Star Plus. Thank you so much!

I took the Eventum Theme and it is one of the best Events themes in the market. The functionality is great and the ease of use is great too. Templatic support team too helps the customers well.

I was introduced to templatic from my partner when she asked me to assist her with some issues she was facing with her website (alltechconferences.com).

I have some previous experience with Wordpress and different templates but I have to say that the ones from templatic are great!
They are very elaborate and easy to configure.

On top of that and when I came across difficulties to configure some parts of it, the help that their team provided me was good! Quick and often they provided an answer right away. Some times they even asked for some temp access to fix things for me! (Kudos to Mr. Deekshit for his help!)

Both I and my partner are happy with their support and we'll continue using and buying their themes for other websites my partner has to build!

One thing I would like them to introduce though soon is a proper plugin upgrade via the Wordpress tools or at least an email to the owner email. Currently, this feature is missing and on some occasions, we discovered that we were running an outdated version.

I received good support from Templatic. Their dedicated staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The theme and plugin do function as described and the guides are so easy to follow. My query was attended unto swiftly. I am happy with the whole process.

I am not someone who understands the ins and outs of wordpress particularly well and they went above and beyond my expectations even going as far as making edits on my hosting account. I would absolutely use their themes again because I know that I will always have prompt support when needed. I maintained the same contact for support through all 30+ of our back and forth messages as well which was very efficient.

Do NOT spend your money with them!!!!
The customer service is appalling for one, but once they trashed my website which is an open source site, meaning like youtube people add video as and when then told me to just rebuild the site..... I lost it.

THEY ruined my website. The view counts were not showing so I asked them to look into it. Next thing you know the site is not working at all. Then they tell me its 1 theme when it CLEARLY reads another, showed them video and photos, but they refuse to acknowledge the issue and try making it out to be our fault.

So they refuse to fix what they clearly screwed up, our site which is oooooh 4 years old, mind you that 4 years of OUR podcasts, interviews and YOUR music and videos from your Youtube channels and they tell us to go back and just rebuild the site. As if its some static site that will be sorted in an hour or 2.

Thanks, Templatic, I will never do business with you ever again. The fact that we paid you for the theme as well as set up, then you refused to put the site back to what it was before you crashed it, means you're now in breach of contract.
Luckily for you, you're in India or somewhere like that, so I cannot take you into court, but I promise you, I have nothing better to do with my spare time than troll crappy companies like yours and let the world know why they should not buy from you.......EVERY WEEK on all 3 of the podcasts I work for. I hope it was worth your lack of effort because we will be spreading the word to tens of thousands of viewers every week.

Your company is trash!

Let me start out by giving you some information about my knowledge in order to give to a good idea of the review I am about to write.
For your information I know enough about web building to get myself into trouble. I do not consider myself to be a tech but more inline as an end user.
With the above in mind, this is my first web site project and I had a few issues with some plugins that created some problems in the templastic theme. I contacted support from templastic and communicated with a tech of the name Deekshit.
I have to say that Deekshit was awesome in his speedy response, willing to help, guidance, patient, and understanding with my lack of knowledge on some issues. Most of my issues in my case were me. He is truly a knowledgeable tech.
The only area that had difficulty for me was the time zone difference because I would have to stay up late at night, in my case, to communicate back and forth in order to solve an issue quickly.
All and all my experiences with templastic tech support is one of the best I have dealt with on my first web site and I am pleased to have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Deekshit.

The Directory theme, along with the beautiful Spotfinder child theme, was a perfect choice, combining elegant design with an extensive range of functionality and monetisation features, allowing implementation of our desired subscription-based B2B business model with recurring payments.

Our business features international fashion and event listings, with hundreds of individual business listing pages. Only Templatic Directory offered the functionality to achieve this.

To set up, the system is a bit more complicated than a conventional WordPress theme — something to be expected with a highly functional theme like this. So we would recommend that you fully acquaint yourself with the instruction manual in advance, making sure you achieve a thorough understanding of the product and all of its plug-ins (we use them all). We’re now managing the theme effortlessly and it’s a joy to work with.

The support from Templatic for Directory, Spotfinder and Tevolution plug-ins is first-class. We worked with Deekshit Nair, who is by far the most knowledgable and patient expert we have worked with. His support and guidance, complementing the comprehensive instruction manual, provided us with insightful problem-solving delivered in rapid timeframes. Words alone can’t express our gratitude to Deekshit: he's polite, professional and gets the job done!

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever tried to work with, their product is JUNK! Customer service is RUDE, all you get for your money is BUGS!! And forget a refund... If your just looking to throw away your money, toss it out the window as your going down the road, you will get nothing but stress and drama and pathetic excuses from this company, I mean who wants to pay for stress and drama?? Life dishes it out for free, no phone number of course because its in a different country! 24 hours before you get a response to each question, they have no clue about how to fix the issue with their won product. Its a money scam!

I used the Templatic Directory theme to create a directory of personal trainers in Ireland. The theme contains all the necessary settings and widgets to create a working directory. It may require some tweaking to achieve the desired functionality but the theme provides a solid backbone for the site. Also, the technical support team are very fast and thorough.

As somebody that is not a developer, and a complete novice....the folks at Templatic have been really really good to me. Deekshit has got to be one of the most patient people I have ever met. I literally have asked him 100's of questions..probably similar questions...and he always points me in the right direction! I would defiantly recommend Templatic to anybody who is looking at trying to build a website.
