I use several of the Templatic themes and really love the time it saves me in development. I have one real estate theme from them for an agent on a small island and it makes her shine.arubapalmsrealtors.com It's a gorgeous layout and the support is unmatched in all the themes I have used. I am very happy with Templatic and highly recommend them.

I honestly do not understand where all these bad reviews come from.

I was looking a few months on the internet to find the perfect theme for my needs and finally I stumbled upon Templatic. I haven't found not even one bug at all. I am very satisfied about this theme. Due to my own lack of coding I had to ask the customer service for help a few times and they were always very responsive. I always received a response within 60 minutes and they always did their utmost best to help me. A few times they even took the effort to contact their own coders to fix my own issues.

I am almost 24/7 online and I honestly can tell from my heart that a support team as that from Templatic is very hard to find. They response fast, to the point and will do everything in their possibility to help you in achieving a working online directory. I am very thankful for all they have done for me.

Its almost 6 month working with templatic support team, but they can't fix bug within their own PayU Latam plugin.

I am still looking for external developer who can fix payment gateway issue for me.

Support team is really nonsense. I even offered them to do a paid fix but they are asking me stupid questions and never fix the issue.

I have purchased the directory theme from this company twice plus purchased all the plugins. I just moved the website to another domain and now they wont even give me my licence code to get the website live! The service is also lacking. If you are looking for a directory do your research as there are plenty of them out there with lifetime licence! It is a total rip off.

Full of bugs! So many things are not working as should work and they not help, or make a update of the themes

NO UPDATES
They have never relase an updates on the themes or the plugins, so expect to be hacked.

Bought the Chateau, bad coding, not responsive, didnt work on Safari browser, 5 months and 2 website designers later sent it to the graveyard. Support was useless, told me to get web designers to fix their faults.
Dont waste your time.
They didnt refund me either.

July 25, 2018 I received a letter from the hosting about a virus (malware Software) on this theme of wordpress from the company Templatic.com

a lot of problems with templatic.com

Appalling service and very poor quality support team. One of my long time clients underwent pure distress when dealing with Templatic. The theme was internally wired with fundamental problems and when we made contact with Templatic, they simply refused to assist after they could not find a solution - despite offering a support service. I do not recommend Templatic. Prospective clients are advised to go elsewhere for their themes.

Further, in relation to refunds - their terms and conditions expressly states:

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given except in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers. Such server issues must be reported to us and that we are given reasonable time to attempt to provide a fix, where possible. Another exception is the license revoke mentioned under figure 1.3 of this document.

Note: No refunds will be given EXCEPT in cases where the purchased product does not perform correctly on your hosting provider’s servers.

However, when the client contacted Templatic requesting a refund in accordance with their OWN terms and conditions, they breached statutory rights and consumer rights in the UK. They have not provided a refund to date. They seem to be a company operating within a grey area. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Lots of functions but most don’t work like now.

I have been trying to make this directory and events plugin work for 4 years. No luck, still breaks, like it has now, they say it is the hosting companies fault now ! Plus it is the hosting company they recommended.

At the moment multiple widgets not functioning, buttons missing ! Too many things broken after the upgrade.

Clients can’t submit listing more than often. This has been the perpetual problem.

Support guys work hard. They have been good to me. I give them that. i remember Vedran helping me too from 2013 to 2015. There is Mudassar and Umar.

Fact is the plugin and theme has never worked as promised. As I have other projects going, I patiently waited for things to improve, but it did not . I have 4 years plus of support emails to prove it.

One year ago my site was hacked, I should have just pull the plug then, but my staff and I spent time to get it up and running again as we have regular listings and the site works as a nice window to one of our main sites. Of all my projects, this was the only one that got hacked. !

I first bought a plugin and theme more than 7 years ago from templatic, that plugin just did not work, the plugin was called realtr.

The promise of a directory listing and events listing working beautifully together was something I held on to for years. It matched my plan for this site. However the templatic developers just could not deliver on the promise. They would make updates and release them without properly testing them. That used to make me so angry as things just did not work

I am not a programmer but in my 15 years of making a living online, using wordpress for more 12, this is my only really very bad experience. and really it is so bad there is no other company that has come close to making me boil this much.

I told them they should at least have the courtesy to return the money spent buying and renewing for the plugin and theme . I did not hear back of course ! The fact is a refund would be nothing compared to the time and effort put it.

If you are planning an events listing site, just pay for the premium modern tribe community plugin, it expensive but it works I use it for another site. Listings I have used a classified plugin from app themes, works well to.

This is my public responsibility done for anyone planning an events or listing site. I do not know about their other plugins, my comments are for the listing and events plugins.

I am not someone who has complained online but I just need to get this off my chest. Enough is enough.

Site is Events for London. Currently going through a rebuild. However you can can look at the site history on archive.org from 2013 - 2017 for the use of Templatic Plugins and Theme.

Hi All, Please stop buying any themes from Templatic.com, Directory theme or any Club Membership. Phishing issues and it has bad mobile friendly plus lot of issues, not connect to the plugin some times and Support they have only email. I had club membership and and paid full premium its utterly wast of time.

Don't wast your money with Templatic.com.

The Eventum theme is absolutely fantastic and the support is over the top. I get a response with solution in 24 hours. I would highly recommend Templatic to anyone.
