I have always loved getting their food…

I have always loved getting their food my husband and I order from them numerous times a month and we have for years. Their food used to be soooo good but lately, it has been horrible! A couple times we even had to call them to come back because the order was wrong. Which leads us to this review...we decided to get cheeseburgers tonight, 3 of them, me, my husband and our dog (he's part of our family) mine was just ketchup, my pup's was nothing on it but cheese and my husband L/T/O on the side. First I should say I called because 3 burgers cost $43! Oh, and we ordered a whoopie pie so I called back to question it, (online, the price on the menu said the burgers were $6.25) I was told "not my fault" then our order comes and I take a bite and there was mayo on it. I'm allergic to mayo. So I call and let them know they messed up our order, (2 weeks in a row they messed it up) and this girl answers and when I tell her I'm allergic to mayo her response was "then you shouldn't order from here". She kept patronizing me calling me "honey" (oooh I hate that) I asked why she was speaking to me like that and she accused me of trying to scam them!! She demanded the burger back "to check it herself cuz she made them and I'm wrong" I said we're probably your best customer I don't think the owner would appreciate her speaking to me like that she says "I am the owner"!!! Well, she's Kendra Day and she's married to the owner. So they ended up bringing me a new burger because after she HUNG UP ON ME i called them back wanting to know if they were coming back with a new burger cuz if not, I wanted a refund on my burger. The driver brought a new order and I gave the driver the old order and even he said there was mayonnaise on it. I told him to tell the owner, her husband, that either she calls and apologizes or we won't order from there again. My husband is a disabled veteran and we live in an apartment building for veterans. So much for "Thank you for your service"!

P.S. we've ordered from them at least 4 times a month for 6 years and do you know they don't even know my name! Or my number! Or even my address!!!!
