Everything was great except for there being no size 7 bowling ball which meant I had to use either size 6 (too light) or size 8 (too heavy). I've not had a problem finding a size 7 on previous visits... See more

We had a great time
We had a great time, food was value for money and the drinks the only downfall is people already on lane just take their time sitting , chatting and drinking and then you’re late starting your game

Everything went smoothly ( it was my granddaughter’s 2nd time of going bowling) apart from one small problem. My little granddaughter let go of one ball and it stopped a few feet from her. She hadn’t rolled it hard enough. I pushed the call button but no-one came. It was busy so we waited. After 15 minutes I went to the desk and spoke to the chap there. He huffed and said okay I’ll come over. Problem solved. We carried on with our games.

Bowling afternoon
Very noisy. Beer tasted soapy for some reason. Enjoyed the table service whilst bowling. Toilets were clean.

Lovely experience
It was great, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Couldn't fault them. Our Party leader Chloe did an excellent job! She explained everything so clearly and was always on hand if we needed anything.

Above and beyond
We booked a Kareoke room for my daughters birthday and the mics didn't work and we had to wait whilst the batteries were changed and still they didn't work.
However, the manager was amazing. He offered to switch our room and restart our session. My daughter was really upset and he offered to us to play bowling instead. Over and above.
My daughter was too upset that it hadn't gone well so we did leave. But the service was great

We booked for a party of ten 10 year…
We booked for a party of ten 10 year old boys. On arrival there was a very long queue and it took a while to be seen for checking in. Each lane pair was flanked by two facing seating areas with a glass partition, each of these bays were divided by large barriers. You would expect for this party of 10 to be seated in the same bay with just the glass partition so that they could see each other. Instead they were seated in bays with strangers and separated from each other by a barrier. I couldn't go and get this sorted because there was still a huge queue and we had too many energised ten year olds. It did mean they lost interest after the first game, wanting to spend time with each other, they just drifted off to the arcades where they could be together, which made the second game a waste of money. That's not to mention that the tables we were given had empty glasses left from the previous game. I waited 5 minutes at the empty bar to order some squash for the boys before I caught someone to ask where I could order drinks. She pointed to where I was and disappeared only to return 5 minutes later to take my order. Getting prizes was also shambolic, there was either never anyone there or a really long queue.
Why, on a Saturday afternoon, do you not manage your staff better? No member of staff seemed to have been given instructions to be at one particular place.
