Ten Thousand's customer service and its products are top-notch. I've peppered their team with a number of questions over the past year, and they're always quick to respond and they provide helpful information. Ten Thousand's products are comfortable and durable; they stay out of your way while you're exercising, which in my mind is the ideal way for a workout garment to perform.

Great products and even better customer service!!! I'll be a fan for a long time. I have two pairs of shorts, one for running and another for hiking. I also have a shirt and couldn't be happier with them.

Shopping and shipping is great. Customer service amazing. I’ve had two pairs of Set shorts now though and both have seams that are coming apart. First pair was replaced by the company and the second pair is coming apart now too. Otherwise everything is fantastic but my experience with this particular product hasn’t been great

Had a pair of short for 10 months and they ended up ripping. I called and they sent me a replacement. It was simple.

My favorite training shorts super stretchy, super soft. Super durable. The liner is very comfortable compared to others. Also customer service is great with ten thousand.

Customer service response is very fast! Staff is very respectful, informative and nice. I had a visa gift card I wanted to use on the site. I couldn’t use it, I reached out to the customer service department. I learned you buy a ten.thousand gift card from their site with the visa gift card then use the ten.thousand gift card from their site to buy the product. Very helpful!
