Whilst happy with the 2 basic photo books I finally managed to order the process and painfully clunky app made it one I would not ever recommend or repeat. The discount that was originally offered was also not available having completed the order.

Awful. Ordered online so I could quickly pop in to collect when I was notified they were ready. I did just that, except they not complete full passport applications for people now and only have 1 staff member. After 50 minutes of standing in one place watching an entire family apply for passports, I gave up. Joke of a company

There's nothing better in my opinion to have good old fashioned prints in your possession, compared to images on a phone or computer.
I recieved my photos 3 days after I uploaded them in the post in a secure cardboard box.
Very happy.

Used Banbury store. Easily sorted online.
Quality of prints, great.
Delivery, I wish there was a 24 hour option, having 20 minutes or 5 days only was mad, next day was fine, but I had to click 20 minutes at 5:40pm, then going the next day, not fair to the staff.
I will use them again.

I ordered two 16" x 12"Canvasses at 11.30 at night, was able to collect before 10 am the next morning.
good quality canvasses, very satisfied

Painless! Easy upload. Good communication. Okay price. Basically - "did what it said on the tin"
Colours not that great which is why I haven't given 5 stars

Typical photo printing pricing masquerade. They advertise the price per print in the headlines but it is impossible to see any further details, conditions etc.
Only when you have uploaded all your photos do you find that the advertised price is for 500+ prints

The Tesco pre-paid system is great. You can get the best price by buying in bulk then printing as many or few photos at a time.
I paid for a large pack but have only printed a few photos.

Have created photobooks for the last 10 years. Prices have always been about £12 with the offers per book (buying 3), but this year even with their so called offers, the book were £18 each. Now very expensive.
Found bug in the software for creating the photobooks which automatically added Gloss finish to the book at +£6 per book. Found other routes in the software which offered the Gloss finish for free and then magically charged £6 at the end after the book was complete and no method to de-select the Gloss finish.
No method for Tesco \ Max Speilman to change the database flag to move from Landscape with Gloss to just Landscape without Gloss (despite the book being exactly the same) so had to re-create the entire book again.
Was promised some vouchers which never arrived.

Ordered a Poster Size Print.
Great Quality. Photo paper was of a high standard. Pretty thick.
Packed in a sturdy Cardboard Tube. Poster was perfect, no damage etc. in transit.
collected from my local Tesco Store. Took about a week.
Fantastic Quality. Faultless Service. Have used the poster option twice now. Highly recommend!

Having booked the 20 minute collection I visited the photo collection shop and no one was there to serve and a barrier had been put up. I was informed by a member of Tesco staff the member of staff in the photo shop had probably only popped out so I waited. After 25 minutes still no one came so I had to go back later in the day making me late

Opted for 5 day. Got email notification when ready. Turned up at the store (Southport) and they claimed no order in their system. They offered to print them whilst we shopped (and did) but print quality was really poor and they messed up the quantities of each print per the original order. Unlikely to use again.

I made a book with old family photos for an uncle with dementia, who I was visiting in Canada. Having used Max Spielmann photo book system quite a lot recently, I am very familiar with the process, and always find that the end result looks great. So all that went well!
My only problem was that I really needed it back in time for my departure to Canada. I had left over 2 weeks to make sure, and the order was for 7 days. However it did not arrive.
The very good thing was that, when I raised the matter and explained on the complaints system, a real person (Caitlin) got back to me, and promised to print out and post another copy urgently. She did do this, the book did arrive in time, and my uncle was thrilled with it. Finally the original copy arrived while I was away, so I now have one for myself too. Thanks Caitlin!
I'm about to create a slightly revised version now, with my uncle's words added in, and order another one. That is also a great feature - just re-name and duplicate the original in 'My projects' and then go into edit mode.
All round a good system, excellent print quality, just a few glitches with delivery. One other thing I'd appreciate would be the ability to save the final product as a PDF. In the current system, it disappears after 30 days.

I ordered around 12 prints on a Saturday afternoon around 13:30 from the Tesco Max Speilmann at the Swan, Yardley. I was of the understanding this would, give or take, be approx 20 mins then i would recieve an e-mail detailing when they were ready for collection. I waited until 3pm before attempting to ring the branch in question. It had an engaged tone for around 45 mins, then when i did get a dialling tone, there was no answer forca further 45 mins which meant it was now 16:30. I went there in person to be met by an assistant who looked puzzled when i mentioned both the engaged tone and no one answering. I asked about the e-mail bit she said she didn't have the password to get into the file so she could reply to customer orders. I did mention that my phone number was on the order but got a blank look.
I checked the photos to find someone elses photos on top so gave these back to the assistant.

Quality is the lowest standard imaginable.
I ordered two framed photo prints. Both frames were incredibly cheap, damaged, the clips on the back didn’t fit properly so didn’t function. They were scratched and dirty. One frame barely fitted together and wouldn’t take much for it to completely snap.
The images are dark and grainy. Incredibly poor.

I useally send photos to print every week and i am very happy except this time when i was sending photos to print i did not show where to pick up then i have to pay extra to get it delivered

I ordered some photos online, so easy to do, then I picked them up at my chosen store half an hour later. The quality of the photos are great and the prices were cheaper than other companies online that I would to waited days on being delivered. I would definitely use this service again.

WORST EVER! 6th day completed today and no comms or a way to contact them to check the order. I should have sent the order to my usual company. In-store, prints are fine but this is online. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I purchased 200 photo credits in order to print a years album from my I-Pad air. In the shop your very helpful assistant and I found the system froze at the point when it should have saved all the selected photos. Not a good start.
However after remembering earlier advice from years ago to use Firefox rather than google everything was straight forward and a total of 162 prints arrived in 3 batches on time in the store.
Perhaps you could offer tips to help the elderly with older devices and make them aware of potential difficulties.
