I have the Testi app as well as this. No notifications come through even though they do on Testi.

Waste of money. Don’t bother using and absolutely don’t buy premium.

I have attempted to use the app. Every time I enter my details correctly and wait to be verified, the app comes up with an error message.

I have sent an email to customer support for help and have yet to receive a reply. This is unacceptable.

Pointless waste of money

This app is fantastic! I had a test scheduled for August, which felt like a long wait. After purchasing the premium version, it turned out to be a great choice. I took my test in May and successfully passed! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to take their driving test sooner; it’s definitely worth the investment.

Scammers and they don’t reply to emails when something goes wrong
Was not even informed of a test date that was allegedly booked so lost £62 which they won’t reply to regarding refund. Will take them to court to get money back.

It used to work really well. I failed my test and tried to use it again, absolutely no notifications. I saw one come up of the course of a month and I didn't even get it. Waste of time DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Only installed the TestShift app on Wednesday & got a test alert within two days, so my test was moved forward from Nov to August so three months earlier than my original test date, cannot fault TestShift worked exactly as it should 👍

Absolutely not fit for purpose. No test notifications although many were available on DVSA website as found by myself. Rebooked test myself on DVSA own website. Do not waste your money.

Worst app to practical test dates. Would recommend everyone not to take it. It's a scam not an app. Before taking the premium membership it was showing me fake dates in every 5mins which was actually not there. But after making the payment not a single date in 2 weeks. Would urge everyone to boycott this scam.

Rubbish app, avoid! Didnt find a single cancellation, or get a single notification even though I had maximum options selected and autoshift. I even just missed booking one myself manually that the app should have auto booked. Asked google for refund but was refused. Now when I go on test site myself it always thinks I am a bot. The test site is actively trying to block these apps. You are so much better looking yourself.

Testshift has continued to change test dates after details were deleted! Even after the account was deleted, tests continued to change. I emailed to ask how and why this was happening when the information had been deleted but am still to receive a response. They are clearly in breach of Data Protection laws. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Doesn’t work I’ve got Testi and had loads of notifications for tests from them but not a single one from this app. Waste of £15. If there were no tests fair enough but clearly are. I’ve managed to get one for September but going on dvsa website so wish I hadn’t bothered

downloaded test shift because heard many great things about once downloaded not even a single notification has came up for me and it’s been a few weeks now. waste of £14.99

So frustrating! I had test cancellations notifications coming on before buying their premium service but when I actually bought it there’s not even a single notification came. I have emailed them but no reply at all. Honestly total waste of my money i guess it really easy to scam money off people this days.

I paid £14.99 for this app to obtain a driving test cancellation. Unfortunately it did not recognise the vast majority of cancellations available. I was comparing the result with another app Testi which produces several a day. I would not recommend his app. Don’t waste your money and the customer service as extremely poor as I did not receive a refund.

The app is pretty slow to show you new available dates. They also changed my test without my knowledge to a place I’ve never selected as an option. I’ve tried to contact their customer service and they basically said: It was not our fault

I downloaded this app being hopeful, I hadn’t had any notifications through thinking it was due to me not paying for the premium so
I paid for the premium, still no notifications, no cancellations.
Waste of time, waste of money.

I had 1 notification come through so I downloaded Testi and I had loads on that app come through when at the same time of the cancellations I checked the Test Shift app and nothing was coming up. Don’t waste your money on this app use Testi instead

Worst app I have ever seen. If I could, I would not give it even one star. It is the scammiest app I have ever encountered. I had a few cancellations initially and believed it was not a scam, so I subscribed. Now, six days later, I have not heard anything. I am waiting for my refund. That app gave me an experience of how scammers operate.

Test Shift is hands down the best app I’ve used for changing driving test dates — I’ve used it three times now and it’s been amazing. The best thing about this app is that it automatically changes your test for you when a better slot comes up. Most other apps just forward you to the government website, and by the time you’ve logged in and entered your details, the slot is gone! This app takes care of it instantly. Just a heads up — once you get a date and time you’re happy with, make sure to pause the app, or it might move you to an earlier slot (I had a 2pm test that got switched to 7am the same day!). Highly recommend it!
