Don't be Conned
Looking at their website, I assumed this would be a professional and capable company. However, if my experience is anything to go by, they are just the opposite!
There were warning signs; I'd asked for a home visit, which they subsequently said wasn't feasible. Obviously not a technical issue, as another company did one to rectify their poor work.
They turned up nearly an hour late.
Having asked them to undertake a number of jobs and written these down, they returned my PC with one job done in such a poor manner that I had to involve another company to resolve their mess.
Unfortunately, we all experience poor service at one time or another, but this firm takes the biscuit in not only failing to do a decent job but in their couldn't care less attitude. Be warned!
