After recently upgrading the rear shock on my 2007 Cannondale Prophet, my local bike shop recommended TF Tuned to carry out the service of the shock.

I would just like to say how incredibly pleased I was with the whole experience from start to finish with TF Tuned.
Ruth, who I initially had contact with over the phone was really friendly and very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Booking my shock in on the website was super easy also.
Joff the technician who serviced my shock was also very knowledgable and a top dude, and gave me some great in-depth advice about my new shock and tuning it in.

On a whole, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for bicycle suspension servicing, and would not hesitate to use them again. Customer service and product knowledge at its very best!

Every single member of staff that I have dealt with has been outstanding. They've walked me through procedures which must have been frustrating for them as I'm old with very little knowledge of technology. Also the parts I've ordered have arrived exactly at the time promised. I can't recommend them enough.

Had three sets of forks/shocks services through them now. Customer service has always been spot on. Especially good today, Adam helped me to resolve a tricky issue with a scott twinlock, remote lockout despite this not being in the scope of the original job. Been struggling with it for weeks. All sorted without a fuss. The team have always gone the extra mile and the quality of workmanship has always been great!

Rang them up needed a shock a DH shock asap pretty much next day all pre configured for my weight etc.
Excellent service.

I decided to send the front, rear and seat post in. Nothing wrong but I felt a service was due.
Despite me removing and checking before sending. They upsold a damper body. I reluctantly went with it because without it and after a service it may leak. (Again there was nothing wrong prior).
Received, put back on and within 6 months. The air had disappeared. I have since moved country so cant do anything. I urge you to find someone else to service.

Fantastic stuff from TF Tuned. I actually felt sorry for the person that was going to have to deal with me when I rang them up, because I had no idea what I was going on about (I needed a super massive heavyweight spring for a coil shock because I'm a lump) and not only did they decipher what I wanted, they were super helpful finding me the right adapters for the Cane Creek shock. I paid for it on Tuesday, and it arrived on Wednesday, it's in the bike now and it's an absolute dream to ride. Cheers TF Tuned, everything I've heard about you turned out to be true.

A complete pleasure, dealing with professional, efficient and knowledgeable staff/people working/employed at TF tuned.
I through my own mistake, damaged my forks and needed expert advice to get over the damage that I myself had caused.
I spoke to 2 members of TF tuned, Amy and Jake, both were so knowledgeable and professional, its realigned my belief over companies engrained culture.
TF Tuned staff, Amy and Jake are an unbelievable fantastic asset to the company.
Their positive attitude and fantastic customer service should be held as the gold standard and should be employed just to advise other companies, on what real good customer service is like, promoting customer loyalty and respect.

I have used TF Tuned several times and each time they give exceptional service and expertise they call you when parts are received and go through any findings complete the service or upgrade and send the parts back in a timely fashion I believe there standard of service is exceptional and will continue to use them and recommend any one with suspension issues to use there service

Excellent service, fantastic communication, technician called to confirm service requirements before work carried out. Super quick turnround received forks back 3 days after sending, also worth advising packaged safely. Cannot recommend highly enough, just to say will be using from now on for my forks and shocks servicing.

"I want to say a huge thank you to Mike the mechanic (assume you're not a ex member of Genisis if your picture is anything to go by ????) and the amazing lady who took my distressed call on Monday who gave me the time, patience and understanding to work out what I needed and was able to provide a solution to what I had begin to think was a forlorn hope. Not only did they meet their promise to have me riding by the weekend, the exceeded, as I have just completed 17.5 'test' miles on the South Downs taking in one of the steepest climbs (twice) and two of the gnarliest descents in my area (and getting two PB's in doing so). On that basis I guess the shock is pretty good too! In all seriousness, the shock felt amazing and a serious step up from my Super Deluxe Select +, but if it hadn't been for the team at TFTuned that made this happen, I wouldn't be writing this review! Thank you everyone - I will be spreading the Gospel!"

Just had my Fox fork and shock serviced. Arranged to have them collected. Had a couple of calls with Jake to discuss my riding, the work that was needed. There was no pressure selling, there were a couple of bits that needed doing and some that can wait until the next service. On return you get a full rundown of the work carried out, parts fitted, and setup.

The courier collected from me on Monday and it was all back on Friday.

Excellent service I highly recommend using TF Tuned and will be a repeat customer for sure

TFTuned recently serviced my fork.

The service was great - quick turnaround (3 days from sending the fork to getting it back) and with good communication from the technician during the servicing.

Price wise - TFTuned charged less than I was expecting.

I walked into TF tuned today and they upgraded the spring on a fox rear. Shocker changed the bearings and fitting kit within 25 minutes. Absolute top class service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.👏👏

Very friendly and really helpful setup advice over the phone, will happily use them for all my coil shock services and needs. We need more businesses like this!

Not only do they know what they are doing technically and get you a much better set up to suit bike and rider weight/style etc they also have excellent customer service. What is not to like. Highly recommend. Thanks for sorting my shock out so quickly this week.

I was very new to coil shocks and needed advice and got a hell of a lot more than I expected. Got chatting to Greg Ruddle and he asked me about the area I predominantly ride, riding kit, riding style, why I wanted coil and loads more questions which quickly narrowed us down to a shock. I was between spring rates so he advised the Sprindex which has been fantastic. Overall, a brilliant service with great advice and friendly staff. I'd buy here again no problems at all.
