If it wasn't so serious this would have been a comedy of errors. After the shed was erected fitters found that there wasn't enough felt to cover the roof properly, the door handle breaking off and having water on the floor after rain on the second night and a number of occasions thereafter. Minor things were rectified but the company stated that as I had not 'tanalised' the shed before it rained (on the second night) I had failed to comply with their terms and conditions and therefore nothing further they could/would do and closed the file.
Pity really as we like the shed, are happy to keep it and will now paint it - and close my file!

The lads arrived on time and set to with erecting the shed in no time at all.The finished article looks brilliant. They cleared up after they had finished too. I wish all tradesmen were so conscientious, and polite and friendly. They also ran over things I needed to do with painting the shed with preservative and where to pay special attention to.

Arrived as scheduled and installer very helpful.completed installation within an hour

The driver/installer was polite and capeable. He assembled our play house competently and had all the tools and equipment he needed. The play house is well made and looks really solid.

I had no problem with the shed manufacturer, but only with their Agent who was not properly informed of some technical details. The installation was carried out properly and the shed sturdy and well made

We bought a summer house a year last April we have had nothing but trouble with the roof from the very beginning,after months of emailing and ringing finally someone came to fix it now once again winter is here and we are flooded again they won’t come out unless I pay even though this is an ongoing problem,we will have to try to fix it ourselves please beware of buying from them as the customer service is rubbish

Today we had our Sunflower shed installed by Neil & Kien. Although the weather was not in their favour, they accomplished the work efficiently and in a friendly and polite manner. We are very pleased with the results. It only took a week from ordering the shed to have it delivered and installed. TGB Sheds kept us informed at all times. Keep up the good work!

The shed I bought from Timber Garden Buildings was high quality and should last many years with some care. The installation was quick but thorough.

The shed was delivered and installed, they arrived on time, were very polite and professional, made sure I was happy with the installation and explained to get in contact if I was not happy with anything regarding the shed in the near future. I would definitely recommend Timber Garden Buildings.

From ordering to installation the service was fab. I was kept in the loop at every step with emails, telephone calls from the office and from the delivery team. The installation was quick, efficient and professional.

The shade not lined with base. Sticks out half an inch.
Windows only supported by 2 side wooden strips none on the top or bottom to make it stronger. When mentioned to guys putting it up said that's how it is.
Lock has no hole cover.
