We ordered a TGB Corner SummerHouse via the excellent Kedleston Buildings @ Hudson Plant Centre, Derby. We received an email confirming the time of arrival. They honoured this - the two guys stating on arrival they’d be 90 minutes to sort. And they did! Very polite demeanour. Smartly presented in their matching Installation Team uniforms. They made us aware of aftercare tips which had already been advised similarly by Kedleston Buildings too. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Build quality unsurpassable. Beautifully finished and a very professional service from start to finish. Yet no more expensive than their lesser competitors. Nothing but praise from TGB. Clearly brochures. Bespoke construction. Excellent fitting staff. And aftercare via themselves and Kedleston Buildings nothing short of perfection. And we don’t give praise undeservedly! Well done TGB. Highly recommended throughout!

Ordered a shed with this company. Quick delivery turn around and great communication from the company. Even sent email reminders. The staff who came with prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Very impressed.

A fixed date for supply and installation of new shed had been agreed well in advance. All work carried out skilfully and effectively at the agreed date and time. Very pleased with the finished product, the shed being of good quality.
The two fitters were very polite and friendly and were surprisingly quick in competing the installation.

The whole process of online ordering from this company was really easy and we had good comms afterwards on order process and delivery. Our shed came with free building and we were given a selection of time slots to choose from. We had further calls to confirm access and also about the base where the shed was going to be erected. Also we had a call to confirm an AM delivery slot. On the day the team arrived they were early, which was great for us and the 2 gents we had did a brilliant job of building the shed and moving it to exactly where we needed. They were very professional and left no mess to clean up afterwards. We had an issue with a pain of glass being broken on the lorry but this was explained and the shed made watertight whilst the phoned back to order a replacement. I am happy to recommend TGB Sheds as a company who do and install what they say they are going to do. Also as an Ex Service veteran they also offered a veterans discount. A good company and a happy customer.

I ordered a shed for my garden on Shedstore 3 weeks ago. It was delivered on time yesterday. Nail and Kian made a great team. They were polite, cheerful, professional and able to attend to the details. They built the shed efficiently and the shed looks great!

We ordered a shed from tgb sheds and they came on a day when I had got called into work, they put the she shed up whilst I was at work and when I came back there was no mess what so ever and the shed was of excellent quality and fits every thing we need in without issue.

We ordered a standard shed from TGB for in our new garden as we moved to a new home in May.
The customer service we received was fantastic from ordering the product to delivery and assembly of the shed and afterwards.
Due to myself and my partner working shifts, the shed was assembled by the TGB team whilst we were out which was great as it meant we could have the shed sooner rather than having to wait for a day that one of us would be at home.
The shed was assembled in the correct place and positioned how we had requested and the team left no mess for us to clean up after. The shed looks great in our garden! Would definitely recommend!

Very prompt and efficient service. Well communicated and good quality product. We’ve painted ours inside and out with protective paint but you don’t have to. It looks fabulous left au naturele too. It’s finished off our garden perfectly.

The whole process was good until the aftersales. There were 2 problemsI highlighted. One was clarified on the phone and the second was an email promise to come back to me on.
I am still waiting 2 months later.

Bought a Pent shed and Summer house from TGB Sheds and have to say, have been delighted with the whole experience from start to finish. Kept up to date with delivery expectations and was all done on time. The 2 guys who delivered and erected the building could not have been more pleasant and helpful, not too mention grafters! So good, my daughter has now ordered a shed from them! Cannot recommend TGB Sheds highly enough

We ordered this shed from a local supplier, as we could choose exactly what we wanted regarding size and build quality.
Our shed was a 5'X7' superior Pent, with extra height and with the heavy duty floor.
The build quality of the panels is impressive, and we managed to put it together quite easily.
Very impressive!
