Brilliant customer service
I purchased a beautiful dress from the Gothic shop for my granddaughters Prom, but on my granddaughter opening the dress we realised the zip was broken, I contacted the Gothic shop but was told as there was none of her size available. A wonderful lady called Julia explained that I could either have a full refund or a generous partial refund so I could get the zip fixed. What a great company to deal with, brilliant ethics. 5***** customer service. Will definitely use this company again

Excellent communication with Gothic Shop UK
Given the possible postal strike in Canada, I was worried that the order I made (it did arrive in a timely manner) would contain a garment fit that would not work for me (luckily it wasn't the case), so I contacted Gothic Shop UK explaining the possible postal strike and we communicated for a solution that works. Excellent!
