The Warehouse.Com Ltd. was created out of a frustration at the lack of expertise that end users could call upon for good advice when looking to purchase shredders; binding machines; laminators; print finishing & paper handling equipment; and design-led, colour-rich office furniture together with the associated supplies. Within the business there exists over 60 years of combined experience in this equipment. Our selling process is a consultative one. We attach a great deal of importance to listening carefully to our customers' requirements before making an appropriate recommendation. In taking a consultative and specialist approach to the sales process, we are able to differentiate ourselves from many of our competitors. We react quickly to any after sales issues, but our ethos is to avoid these in the first place by striving to make sure our customers get the right equipment for the job. To this end, we do not hide behind contact forms on our web sites but positively encourage you to call one of our sales advisers for assistance on 01225 487200 . We bought Leitz iLam A3 Touch SMART SENSOR Heavy Duty Hi-Speed Laminator ***3-YEAR WARRANTY*** for our office needs. The price was exceptional, delivery was on the very next day, the printer performance even exceeded our expectations. Time will show how sturdy is it-we have it for a week now

Item as described and fast delivery (arrived next day). Does not automatically provide a link for delivery tracking however the web site on-line chat was able to advise me of the expected 1 hour delivery slot.

I wasn't sure which Binder to purchase…

I wasn't sure which Binder to purchase as we only bind approx 3-4 reports a week and these are only 25 pages each at the most. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and honest about the differences between the manual and electric binders. I did look at other online sites but I have to say The Warehouse had the most competitive pricing. I opted for a manual binder which was in the sale - so all in all very happy with the purchase. And my boss is happier I got it at a good price.
