I use them for both my bookkeeping and accountancy, and Kieran McCanno has been brilliant. He’s extremely professional, responsive and, importantly, proactive. He doesn’t just deal with what I send him, he’s always looking at ways I can make things simpler and more efficient.

I also really like the balance of everything being online and easy to manage, while still being able to pick up the phone and actually speak to someone when you need to.

Been using The Accountancy Partnership for around 3 years now and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kieran McCann specifically has been my accountant now for the past 18 months or so and he has been absolutely brilliant. He's helped me with my online business accounts, VAT registration and returns, Self Assessments and helped me with any problems I have faced whilst running my online business. Can't thank him enough and The Accountancy Partnership enough for all the help they've given me so far.

I would strongly advise you not to use Accountancy Partnership, my recent experience of them has been just awful.
My accounts are being compiled late due to a series of family bereavements. There is no sense of urgency from the firm. Emails are not replied to for 10 days at a time. Simple tasks are not completed correctly (essentials such as having my bank data uploaded to Pandle). Accountant has now gone on holiday for two weeks having told me this was done, and the data is still not available. Emails are picked up by admin workers and replied to by AI without being properly read or actioned. I have lodged a complaint and received an automated reply asking me to book a call (first slot available in 5 days from now). When calling the office I am told I cannot be put through to anyone to speak to. Absolutely abysmal service at an alreadyincredibly stressful time. Despite having paid them monthly for the past two years, no service has yet been completed. I have suspended payments to request a refund on the second year (not yet even started). They are now telling me they have suspended my account and no-one will speak to me until I pay them. I am nearly £2,000 out of pocket so far & nothing has been done. Companies House have advised I will be struck off & be fined if they are not submitted in 14 days. Accountant completely casual about it, saying the process takes a couple of months so it can wait until he gets back from holiday. I would have expected help & support in such a difficult situation, and simply haven't received it.
