Called
Called, had part checked for availability over the phone. Told it was there, then after I got charged, 2 days later get an email saying not available. When someone makes a phone call to check the part and then told later that it is not available, there becomes a problem, which is why the lowest rating.

Due to the demand of the parts some parts go out of stock very quickly. In your case when you called we have 8 of them in stock but all of them were sold out by the time we processed your order.
