Clair the owner a complete fraud
Clair, the owner refused to exchange or refund four dresses that I purchased. I received the dresses on June 17 and contacted them on June 19. Their website and their social media says easy 30 day returns as well as easy exchanges. When I spoke to Clair, she said it’s too expensive for them to take the dresses back that I should just keep them despite the fact none of them fit. They are cheap polyester and they were advertised to be 100% Cotton false ad advertising. She offered for me too. Keep the dresses and pay $40 to buy new ones. What? I told her I’m a senior. I told her she’s taking advantage of me and I told her she’s clearly not following the policies written right on her website. I contacted them immediately for an address for a return or exchange. She refused to give me one and only wants me to keep the dresses and pay more for an exchange. That’s appalling. I have had no less than 10 emails with her and she refuses to budge. I told her that I would not only be contacting my credit card company, but I would be posting on social what exactly happened and I have all the proof and all the emails. And I have also contacted my credit card company for their refusal to settle this by sending me my money back and giving me an address to return the crappy merchandise from China
