Absolutely amazing service feom start to finish. From me showing Interest to the gentlemen that came out to measure amd the man that came to fit them were all lovely and amazing customer service. The blinds are lovely quality and can't fault them at all very Impressed and highly recommend to others.

I was a returning customer. Chose a bathroom blind at home I paid £165 cash for a small blind as they don't take cheques or had a card machine blindz phoned next day to say fabric is discontinued as there was nothing else I liked I asked for my money back and was told it'll be paid into my bank account. 3 weeks later I was still chasing my refund. After many phone calls to the shop I spoke to a rather rude lady who insisted I'd have to go to their shop which is nowhere near where I live, I asked why they can't do a bank transfer she said because you've paid cash??? I said it's miles from where I live & will they pay my petrol to get there she said we should charge you for our fitter to come with the samples. And that my order is set in stone and I'm not entitled to a refund. not when they're unable to supply my chosen fabric. It took my 82 Yr old partner and I an hour to get to their shop. I'll never recommend Blindz after all the hassle they gave me.. PS.. I've now found another blind company who tell me the fabric I'd chosen from Blindz originally hasn't been discontinued and its costing me £100 less than what Blindz were charging me.. So Blindz were ripping me off. Dreadful & rude customer service at Blindz.

Blindz give excellent service from ordering and install and further great service from after sales. They go the extra mile for their customers.

The blinds fitters were extremely helpful in putting in my blinds. Arrived in time slot respected my property. They were all very polite did a good job I'd definitely recommend to other people well done guys. I extremely happy with my blinds and may ask them to come back to do another window. They also came in February

I had 8 blinds done at my house. The customer service here is exceptional. Lewis did the fitting and he was very friendly, polite and professional. The quality of the blinds are very good and I am very pleased with them. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
