Very reasonably priced, super easy to get an appointment for a quote and kept in touch throughout the manufacturing to make us aware of delivery dates, fitter was lovely and very quick, we love our new blinds!

Excellent service all staff made me feel safe because I suffer from bad anxiety,they kept me well informed about dates and fitting, the workers did a brilliant job no mess and quick, I would highly recommend, great quality blinks for a bargain price, I couldn’t be more happier, Thank you to you all

Had paul come out and messure my windows on Wednesday There was a lot of colours to choose from. He was very helpful..

I got a call on Monday for them to come and fit them. Which would of been happening Tuesday but when he got to mine they had sent him with an order for someone else.

Finally got my blinds fitted on the Wednesdays. They was very professional

I got in touch with Blindz and one other blind supplier to come and give us a quote for our Bifold door and Bifold windows. The other company came in cheaper but we preferred the customer service overall from Blindz as well as their products. So we got in touch and they priced matched with the other companies quote. We absolutely love the blinds and the service was great.

The speed of attending the visit to our house was brilliant as was the manufacture and delivery of our blinds. The representative was very knowledgeable and the advice he gave saved us so much money too. No pressure sales from any of the team. Prices are reasonable and appropriate. Quality and customer service is by far the best in comparison to the competition however famous they are.

I contacted the blind store they was very polite and helpful, they came out measured up brought some samples, blinds was made up and fitted within 2 weeks really good quality, would definitely recommend

I recently dealt with blindz ashton, and I must say it was a disheartening experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of understanding towards an elderly customer like myself. The support was nonexistent, leaving me feeling frustrated and regretful for choosing their services. I expected better treatment and consideration, especially considering the premium prices they charge. A disappointing encounter, to say the least.

We are still waiting for a refund as well. We ordered blinds and picked them. Later they told us they didn't have those blinds in stock. We requested a refund.

Each day "customer service" pretend that they're surprised we haven't received the refund yet. "Customer service" say that all they can do is email the accounts department.

Avoid this company at all costs. Its evident they're stealing money from people.

I have contacted my solicitor and will be issuing a letter before action. I intend to take this all the way to court to prevent any other customer being impacted.
