Absolute cowboys! Avoid at all costs. Their sales rep ordered the wrong colour blinds for the business where I work, rang them to advise and they blamed us saying it’s what we’ve ordered even though the sales man agreed it was his error. Company refused to replace to correct colour but quick enough to take payment. Basically left with blinds in a colour their salesman decided we wanted even though we specified green, left with brown and refuse to change. Avoid avoid avoid! Absolute cowboys!!!!

I bought a full house of blinds around…
I bought a full house of blinds around 7yrs ago and they was fab but this time round it was so poor! Sales man was rushing at the end and gave me false information about electric roller blinds and the remotes. The fittings guy was great! But when he came the both roller blinds was manual so he called the main office and louise told him they forgot to add it to the order and she will order it straight away so had to make another appointment! Next appointment came and the fitting guy opened up the packaging and again it was incorrect so he had to call the main office again got through to louise who was adamant it was correct and made the fitting guy send pictures which he did and then she finally accepted it was wrong and had to re order once again! Another appointment had to be made and got told it would be the next day, waited in all day and no one arrived! Rang the company to be told we hadnt been booked in correctly so had to make another appointment! Finally on the 4th appointment and 4 days annual leave it was correct! This company has gone down hill rapidly and the customer care is disgusting! Fittings guy was great no problem but the main office and the organisation of it all was appalling when they received nearly £1000! Would not recommend this company and I will not be going back again when my blinds need replacing! Avoid at all cost as they love to mess their customers around!!!

Brilliant service from start to end. Fast to come out and measure, great selection of quality blinds to choose and Martin was fantastic fitting them, super fast and friendly. Will recommend and use again!

Nobody shows up on today's appointment. This is a disgraceful customer's treatment . I have never seen anything like that. I tried to contact them couple of times but with no answer. There was no contact from them, nothing. They just absolutely ignored me and wasted my time.
I am very unhappy with service ( or better say lack of service they have provided), and I can just imagine how bad experience I would have if I would buy blinds from them if they do not even care to provide a good service for a potential customers. So very disappointing. I seen a bad reviews but I thought I will check them out by my self. Do not recommend.
