Good items in the box, mostly useful things.

The Burn Box is hands down the best subscription box out there for firefighters and those who support the fire service! Each month, I look forward to opening my box and discovering high-quality tools, functional gear, and awesome firefighter swag. I especially love that it highlights firefighter-owned businesses—it’s like getting a box full of products made by people who truly understand the job.

The monthly drills are a great bonus, keeping my skills sharp and adding value beyond just the gear. Whether it’s something I can use at the station or a cool piece of swag I can show off, The Burn Box never disappoints. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into curating each month’s collection.

Highly recommend for any firefighter, fire enthusiast, or anyone looking to support the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you’re seriously missing out!

I have been a burn box subscriber for over the last year and a half. I am thoroughly impressed with the items i have received some of them do not apply to my career (not on the dive team) but overall the quality of the items is fantastic. I have had the opportunity to spread the wealth is some of the duplicate items between my fulltime department and part time department. I would highly recommend this product to any member of the fire service. The website is super user friendly and even suspending the subscription when i needed to was even easier!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I'm no stranger to fasting, however, I had never done a 3-day fast, so I gave this a shot, and ordered a second kit for my wife.

When we received the kits, I noticed that I had a full kit, but my wife only received the initial kit. When I reached out to customer service to request the remainder, they said that the add-on was only for one (1) kit, not for a duplicate of what I ordered, despite everything on the website indicating that I was going to get an additional kit for 1/2-price. Then, when I saw what the ingredients were, I looked it up on Amazon and saw that I could have purchased a metric tonne of this stuff for $22.99. So, really? They're not willing to double my order and their costs are super low? BIG RED FLAG!

Oh, then I passed out on the third day of the fast, collapsing to the floor. Not fun.

Then, a month later, after having totally regained all weight, fat, etc., I see a charge on my credit card for $32.99. WHAT?! I thought I was done with this company! NOPE! Turns out that you're automatically subscribed for a recurring monthly service on some app, whether you download the app or not.

So, I contacted customer service again, requesting a refund. They cancelled the recurring membership, but stated they have a "no refund" policy, but were willing to provide me with 1/2 a refund. Look, if you can give 1/2 a refund for something someone didn't use, you can give a full refund for the same thing the person did not use. I still have not received any refund.

I also found out that the company is not registered with the Secretary of State (Illinois - where I live) and is therefore doing business illegally in my state. I'm sure the fees, penalties, and interest that Illinois is going to hit them with are more than the $32.99 that they could have refunded me to begin with.

Long-story-short, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Each box has been awesome with some really cool products that I use quite often on the job!

Another excellent box! Husband absolutely loves getting his box each month and always has to share his items with his fire dept buddies. Was super excited to see he got gloves, clip and hat. Elevator key was also nice because he don't have one.

The quality of stuff is nice. I did not receive one of my items listed that I would have gotten.

This months box was definitely the best one so far, got some rescue gloves and the elevator key (not much of a use for myself im in a rural department with no elevators in our district but im not complaining) loving the hat also. Really been hoping for the hood though. One of my freinds got it one month and im really jealous.

Absolutely love the burn box. Have got many great tools and still have them in service. This is a box by fireman for fireman.

My third burn box consisted a badass hooks and ladder hat that is navy blue and has great quality/material and a set of extraction gloves and glove clip. Thanks burn box’s! Can’t wait what’s next!

This company has been amazing. I am the Fire Marshal in my area and getting some of these different brands of equipment is awesome. I show our department every time I get new items to show for future equipment to be purchased amongst the guys. Also the trainings have helped a lot for our small department. Worth it every time and honored to be apart of The Burn Box family.

Great quality of products and useful tools. I look forward to my new box each month because we are also provided firefighter recipes and useful training information. I cannot wait to train on the elevator key points.

My very first burn box is amazing I got a pair of new work gloves which I will use all the time during trainings and other activities. I got an emergency elevator key that I can use to train incase of a high rise elevator rescue this burn box was amazing

Best box yet hands down. The hook and irons hat came and due to the three brain surgeries I've become self conscious of my head and forgot a hat for the day; best save yet.

As a small town volunteer firefighter the burn box greatly helps offset the cost of essential everyday firefighting tool's and gear!!!
