I still haven't received my box. They said they shipped it. UPS says they never got it. Burn box said they would send another box. Week later and they still haven't shipped the replacement box.

Considering all that is going on, the company has been fantastic to deal with, I live in Canada and still receive my Burn Box by the 10th of the month usually.
The shirts are quality no doubt about it. I feel fortunate to get what I have so far things like, radio strap, rope gloves , webbing. I’ve looked at these products but never pulled the trigger on purchasing, the team adds training tips for what you get and great recipes also.
Keep up the fantastic work.

I have received a lot of nice things and useful tools from the Burn Box. Have also had a few duplicates. But everything has been very good. I have been able to share some of the duplicate items with members of my department.

Love the box and tools and supporting smaller businesses. Don't mind the repeat tools because I can pass them along to other people, or have backups at work/car/home. Also, love the fact that usually the smalls are small enough for females.

Tried to cancel the box program because the items that come are reused and have been sent before.

I would give it a 5-star rating because the shipping and the products in the box are great. However, there have been a few times when I received an item that I had already received before. While I understand that this can happen occasionally, my concern is that I don't mind paying for something once, but I don’t want to pay to receive duplicates. That’s the only issue I have.

I like the burn box they sent so many wonderful tools to use on the job and the badass t-shirts are awesome !

The Burn Box is awesome. I look forward to seeing what i get at the beginning of each month. Every tool is useful. I have to fight my wife over the t-shirts. Lol. They Burn Box is worth the money. The training information is very helpful and the recipes are pretty good also. Burn Box keep up the good work.

Love everything that I have recieved in my boxes.

I loved the burn box. The radio holder is of high quality. but the shirts are short in length for a tall man.

Every month provides the level of anticipation of seeing what great things are in the monthly box. Every item in the box is a quality product and has introduced me to companies I did not know existed. The training bulletin provides great training ideas that I can take back and utilize in my volunteer department. I particularly enjoy adding new apparel from various vendors to my collections and helping promote many firefighter-owned small businesses.

Plenty of quality products. Have had the subscription for a few months now. I love the shirts, hats, and much if the gear I've received. Being a volunteer FF, it's nice to have some quality things at an affordable price. Thank you!

The 4 boxes I have received so far have been fabulous. Useful items. Good value.

The boxes have been great and maybe they can due a limited run of hoodies during the colder months that would make it even better

I've had a subscription off and on for a few years now. Sometimes there are repeated items, but for the most part they seem to keep it fresh, some boxes are light years better than others, but it's a small price to pay for some enjoyment involving our passion of firefighting.

The burn box was awesome this months stuff in the box was extremely awesome i got the radio holster T-shirt and few stickers they are awesome I’ve been contemplating on getting a radio holster after the holidays but burn box beat me to it lol it’s awesome

Great Monthly Subscription Boxes!
I have been with the Burn Box since the beginning and I have always liked receiving all of the equipment and apparel wear that arrives. Each box is thoughtfully put together with the fire service operations in mind. Keep sending em!

I look forward to getting this boxes monthly. I’d give a 5 stars, but went through a stage for a few months of getting either a product I got months ago, or something similar to it. With the latest box(December) it has brought my hope back to getting amazing products.

I really enjoy the variety and quality of the products that are sent each month.
