Not very impressed at all send my car bk 1 year ago I got 459 fines when I didn’t even. Own the car also no disrespect but I just got a fine today if I own the car as they sold the car and it’s stil on my name don’t get me wrong when I bought the car had no problems but giving the car back year ago and getting fine today is definitely not cool

Just don’t bother. Honestly, just run.
Paul was decent enough, did what he could. Everyone else, just a joke. Sales manager dodges your calls like they’re deadly to his health. Aftersales manager is equally as useless. No one has a clue what’s going on. Was supposed to pick up a car 2 weeks ago, but late night before the day of collection there was a ‘minor error’ 2 weeks have passed and no one has a clue what’s wrong with it, when it’s coming out the garage or anything.
Absolutely useless bunch of people, get the holding fee and then just don’t bother with you for days on end. You’d be better off walking, as you’d likely reach your destination before one of these useless bunch replies to your emails.

Don’t trust the pre sale checks
Dealt with Jack to sort out picking a car etc. originally picked a bmw 3 series, but delay after delay, over 2 weeks so went for a ready to go car, a bmw 1 series. Was told was ready to collect on Tuesday 24th as then would have ‘final sign off and clean’ but unable to get there till Saturday.
Picked it up, defintely inside had not been cleaned as seats had a lot of fluff?/hair.
Looked over the car there and started but battery didn’t sound to enthusiastic but started. I persumed this as was car was on sale for 3 weeks and stood.
Start stop wasn’t working, took into independent bmw garage and they said the battery was in a low state, also I reported to the garage a knock in the steering, turns out steering rack has play in it.
Warranty company successfully accepted battery claim and I have to go back in 3 weeks to submit the claim on steering and have subsequent repair, so in regards to warranty company this is good so far.
Car loans told me the cars undergo a 200+ point check and new mot. This bmw garage said battery check is a basic check and obviously wasn’t checked, steering play would have been picked up on mot. Obviously not. And also replaced 2 bulbs.
So don’t believe all the hype about second to none preparation. Cars come mainly
From bca auction so don’t come with history.
Don’t bother emailing any of the email addresses available as they don’t reply.
Positives I would say…. Got accepted quickly

Poor Communication
It was amazing to be accepted by this company….however since being accepted it has been nothing but disappointment. After being rushed into choosing a vehicle and putting down the reservation fee, 24 hours before I was due to collect my new vehicle I am told this is no longer able to happen with no explanations, no new proposed dates, nothing! Extremely unprofessional, quick enough to take my reservation fee but now making me wait longer and longer for my vehicle and giving me 0 information, unacceptable!

Didn't think I'd be accepted for finance! The whole process was fast and smooth. From the moment I submitted my enquiry, I was well informed by the team at every stage. And in less than 1 week I've driven away in my new car. If like me, you've struggled to get finance elsewhere, The Car Loan Centre can help. Sure, their rates are higher than most, but you can't expect to pay the lower rates with bad credit.

Great service start to finish
From start to finish the whole process was super easy I was dealing with Roy who asked a few questions had a few cars for me but eventually found the exact car I was after. Infact is actually better then what I wanted so thank you Roy car is perfect for a 64plate it’s more like 2022 plate the condition is perfect has been well prepped.
I did opp to drive 3 hours to Manchester to collect and the lady we met who’s lovely very helpful and nice made the whole process great and then I had a 4 hour journey home in the new car and I couldn’t fault it atal
So thank you to all of you at the car loan center for helping me get the car that I wanted I will be recommending you to everyone great service from you all

My experience with them has honestly been a great one, not only did I feel scared I wouldn’t get accepted for a finance I thought it would be a long process but it’s been a really smooth one. I originally came with the idea of wanting one type of car only until I spoke with Maisie and a manager who changed my idea on a reliable car and thank god they did because I am in love with the car I got! I am super happy with the service from start up until now. They have managed to support all my worries and all my concerns and the service was amazing! Thank you maisie you’re a star!
