I ordered a beautiful hat (BARBARAS pink hat with pink fur pompom) for my granddaughter which is absolutely beautiful and she looks adorable wearing it. The Children's Carousel kept in touch with me regarding my order which, unfortunately, coincided with the severe weather last week and were very helpful. I would definitely order from them again.

They sell lovely stufff but under no circumstances would I buy anything from again after spending hundreds with them and everything being wrong.
I bought 2x monalissa tracksuits and 2x monalissa dresses and both of the tracksuits had lighter bottoms which was quite noticeable and the dresses one looked faded but I did not complain because of the hassle but when the dresses started to fall apart at the seams I did complain only to be told that they could not do anything because after 3 months it wear and tear. I think this is digraceful my girls have worn these dresses about five times at most and there falling apart, there so bad I can't put them on them anymore , I wish I could put pictures on to show u how bad they really are.
I send another email which I never received a reply to saying that I will be contacting trading standards and that I have bought things from a cheap stores which last longer than 3 months.
Anyway the reason that I have left this feedback is I don't want other people to be stung by these people, they do sell nice things but everything I bought there was something wrong with and once u have paid that's it no matter what u will not be getting a refund.
DISGUSTED!!! With my treatment BUYERS BEWARE!!!
