The Curious Gem Reviews

I have ordered from Curious Gem many times, they have fabulous pieces both for the jewellery maker/designer and ready to wear customers. The range of findings they offer is huge, including vermilion which is not always easy to find, is great quality and at competitive prices. I have always found the website easy to use and the item descriptions accurate. Delivery is prompt with good communication especially if an order or part of an order is delayed.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for many years, and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences. The quality of their products is consistently excellent, and they offer great prices that are hard to beat. What truly sets them apart, though, is their top-notch customer support. Every interaction I've had with their team has been positive, and they always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Great place to shop, everything you need under one roof. Great quality and affordable price.Delivery is very quick, can’t fault it. So happy I found this site, I will definitely be getting all my supplies from here

A fantastic service, I’ve been using Curious Gem for many years and have always experienced a swift and efficient service, the products are excellent quality with a good variety.
A very happy customer, and glad to have you as suppliers!

Always lovely products to tempt me with. Delivery is quick and prices are good. Nice to have a supplier where I can 100% trust the gemstones and precious metals are genuine.

Whenever I have called them they are a friendly and helpful team.

To be fair - delivery was great, half the order was too. Sadly the most expensive part of the order was dire: chipped and cracked beads. One has to pay postage to return, I phoned to check, which is pretty poor, when item is sub-standard - imo. I buy a lot of beads and was hopeful for this new company, great selection and reviews are generally superb, but I’d really rather not pay, to return poor quality goods.

I was absolutely stunned when I received my first order from this shop! I have been shopping around for gemstones testing different sources for the quality/price. I am so happy I have found The Curious Gem. I have never received such beautiful stones and for such good price. No chips or scratches and every piece was of the same quality. I was surprised to receive perfectly matching stones when ordering 2pcs as this happens very rarely with other suppliers and is really frustrating. I am hoping this wasn't a pure luck, and they will keep their standards, because I am staying for good.
I also loved the packaging and clear informative labels for each item.
Their website has very good pictures and descriptions so you know what to expect and what you are paying for - it looks like they are selling exactly what they say they are.
The shipping was fast, faster than expected.

I have been so impressed with the curious gem. Ive recently started my own small business and they had so much of what I needed. Website is easy to use and to find the things you need.
