Great helpful and efficient company
Great company. We had a silent gliss track fitted by a 'professional' and weren't very happy with it so I googled silent gliss and discovered The Curtain Pole & Track Company. I had lots of help from Tessa and I had no idea what I was talking about 😁. She was very patient with me and explained everything. It's very long and had to be bent to shape and fits perfectly. Delivery was very quick, and the packaging made sure it wasn't damaged or twisted. I would absolutely recommend this company. And the cost was much less than anticipated!

Excellent product, but the delivery…..
My metropole was beautifully tailed made, even though it’s a bit pricey, but I’m so satisfied with the quality of the pole. The only concern would be something about the delivery, it would be nice if there’s a text or email sent to me, cause my metropole just arrived and left it in the communal post room area without any notice, and it’s still shown ‘processing’ when I checked the order status on the website.

Excellent customer service
The ordering system for the made to measure tracks was so easy to navigate and the tracks came within 2 to 3 days.
Even though one of the tracks was cut to the wrong size, the customer service was excellent and a new track sent out without hesitation.
I would definitely use this company again.

The custom made tracks arrived super quick, well packaged & are both now fitted to my clients home.
Only a minor adjustment (shortening) to length of bay track required (really easy to do), mainly to accommodate the re-fixing of a pelmet curtain.
I’m happy, my customers happy & all paid up!

Good quality tracks
Very good quality tracks, bespoke made to size, to fit into new extension wide double sliding door. Price tag is also a bonus. I've ordered another set to the living room, ceiling fixing. It's low profile, barely visible above the voile curtains, quite a modern look.

Instead of simply processing my order, she called me to make sure that I knew what I was ordering. It turns out that I didn't need them. I remeasured the windows on her advice and it turned out I had over-ordered the tracks as well.
