Excellent customer service
The first pole supplied was not as per our order -- we ordered a pole with a string draw; a correct pole was supplied without any quibbles and this was as per our order.
The speed and service was first class.
The pole also works really well.

Excellent quality and prompt delivery
My item was delivered early when I made that request and the quality of the curtain rail is excellent. They are heavy curtains and they glide beautifully - I found the guidance on the web-site regarding which track to order to be really helpful.

Bay window & bi-fold curtain tracks
Curtain tracks appear well made and are easy to fit. They're carrying long, thermally insulated curtains that are very heavy so I added two extra supports just in case. Time will tell if the rollers can take the weight long term. Use some PTFE or similar silicone based lubricant on the rollers and they glide effortlessly. The 1.5m draw rods are a pain to fit, the hook needs to be opened out with pliers.
I ordered 2 x 0.66m tracks for the sides of my bay window and was sent 2 x 1.66m! Luckily it was easy to cut them down so it wasn't a big deal.

Great Service
Very fast turnaround for any product, but especially for a bespoke product. Packaged safely in a wooden framework to eliminate any damage in transit and contained a paper template to aid installation. The product itself seems sturdy and runs smoothly. My bay window ceiling is not even, so I used some spacers I had lying around to work around that. I ordered too few curtain hooks, but they very kindly included extras automatically. Great service!

Bradbury double curtain track
Ordered Bradbury double curtain track. The overall length is 4m so I asked to cut the curtain track in half. The outcome was perfect and got delivered to me within a week.
It would be nice to have in the future:
1. Include wall plugs. Currently only screws are provided.
2. Have smth that hides the join between curtain track peaces as it doesn't come for double track system.
3. Delivery price of 25 pounds is too high. Delivery cost was free for me when I purchased the curtain track but I needed additional gliders. Unfortunately, it is way cheaper to get those elsewhere due to delivery cost as regardless of the size of the package it is fixed.
Recommend these guys!
