Metropole
I purchased a rather expensive metropole for a 6 angled bay window . Getting measurements and angles right proved quite difficult but the team were extremely helpful . Easy to fit and Almost perfect need to ask for one extension bracket for one of the returns as was about 20mm out ! No problem though once again very helpful team member .

Would be better to use a delivery…
Would be better to use a delivery company that delivers the items to the correct road and house rather than delivering to the wrong road and house. We were lucky that some kind person brought them to us. The products themselves seem good.

Irresponsible delivery
The delivery man just left all the curtain rails in the common area on the ground floor. It took me a few hours to take them to my home because the rails are too long to get upstairs. They should let me know and we can think of a way together rather than just leave it without informing me, which is totally irresponsible.

Efficient metal curtain track
Curtain tracks arrived on time. There was a minor aesthetic problem which was immediately resolved, excellent customer service. Track now installed and working perfectly for my heavy curtains. Track superior to a modern heavy duty plastic track.

A Perfect Fit
We needed to replace a plastic curtain track on a bay window, because it simply did not do the job. The pull cords were always getting tangled, and the curtains sticking half way (assuming they would move at all!)
Their website was easy to follow, and the required measurements were clearly described. The new track arrived within a few days, and fitted perfectly. The curtains now open and close just as they should.
