Great product. Excellent quality and value for money. Arrived quickly.

The order arrived on time and looks exactly us it shows on the website. Haven’t open them yet is they are a birthday present.It will definitely keep the children busy in the garden.

Awful service - ordered nearly £100 of gifts for my children on 14th December but they were not shipped until 19th. The package was then sent 2nd class, so will not arrive before Christmas.

When I ordered the delivery page listed x2 option - included delivery by standard Royal Mail delivery (3-5 days). Or express next day with APC.
I chose the included Royal Mail delivery showing as 3-5 days - as it was ordered on the 14th December before the final Royal Mail Christmas posting day of Friday and nothing on the delivery options page suggested it would take longer, I thought I was in plenty of time.

When I spoke to the company to ask where the items were and then why it wasn’t posted until 5 days after I ordered and then 2nd class, they said they are a small business and are busy (also that they had prioritised next day items).

They also pointed out that there is a page about deliveries/Royal Mail delays - but this is a separate page, (there is no reference to this during the check out process) and you don’t see the information about final posting days unless you specifically go to that page.

I appreciate that the Royal Mail strikes are causing issues and perhaps I should have spent time hunting through the website to find the page with the additional delivery information, but feel that:
1. There should have been better information on the actual delivery option/payment page at point if purchase - it very clearly stated 3-5 days delivery (not 5 days before they bother to post it).
2. They should have shipped the item sooner - a five day delay in posting is too long (the 16th was not a strike day so the item could have been shipped then also other small businesses seem to have been able to ship with Royal Mail in this period).

3. They should have sent the parcel 1st class rather than 2nd or made it clear it was 2nd class on the website - for most sites ‘standard’ is Royal Mail 48.

They were keen to point out they are a small business, but as a small business I feel they should have shown more care - they only sell items for children and it would have been obvious it was a Christmas present. They then could have shipped it sooner or they had my phone number and email, so could have contacted me to check it was a gift, flag that it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas and offer me the option to upgrade the delivery method?

They now have no idea where the parcel is or how long it will take to arrive and the only resolution they could offer was a refund if I made arrangements to return the products when they do eventually arrive.

To put this into context, I ordered another gift from an actual small business who do care the following day, opted for standard delivery - that item was sent out the same day (15th) by Royal Mail 48 (that is standard) and it is arriving today.

Hiding behind the Royal Mail strikes, taking no responsibility for the posting information being incorrect at the point of purchase and offering to refund the items (assuming that means waiting for someone to collect them) after Christmas doesn’t help and really just misses the point.
They are full of apologies in their public response - but it’s empty and I feel it is for show. It does nothing to rectify the fact that my children will be missing a large portion of their Christmas gifts, which I was charged for at the point of purchase.

A lovely little kit. The wrong instructions sent but another sent out straight away. Lovely customer services and fantastic products.

I bought these as a present. The kits are beautifully packaged and I can't wait to try them out with my grandchildren.
Customer service is excellent.

We ordered a second mug which probably would have better been included. Not many kids camp on their own.

Order arrived quickly, well packed. Items of good quality. All Christmas gifts so cannot say more. 👍

This was delivered the day after I ordered it, which was astonishingly quick, and the recipients are delighted with it, (as are their parents). I've not yet seen it myself, since they live 150 miles away, but all reports are very favourable indeed. What I do know is that within a matter of minutes of its arrival, the first den had been constructed, and the elder recipient held aloft his tin mug with pride, celebrating his achievement for posterity. A lovely company with which to deal.

Everything looks great. Think my boys will love this for Christmas!

I have bought two Jubilee kits.
I want our family members aged 3 to 86! to be together and plant the seeds and hopefully they will flourish and grow on to be wonderful and healthy and strong just like us!

My two boys LOVE their potion making kits and these will be perfect to add some extra fun!

Speedy delivery looks great as a present for grandson aged 6 I know he will have many hours of fun and a place to store his bug collection.

My little boy absolutely loves his den kit, love that it’s ethically made too.

My 9 year old son is over the moon with this kit. The bag is a great size and nothing felt ‘childish’ or toylike. The quality is fabulous too.
