Great company, excellent customer service
I have been using this company for a few years now. I am always impressed with how quickly they fulfill their orders. Just this week I had a problem with the vape I had purchased not working properly. After explaining the problems I was having, a replacement was sent out and I received the next working day. So impressed with customer service, excellent company.

Poor delivery
I have always shopped with you however the delivery recently has been unreliable.
The delivery times were always speedy but this time I am still waiting for an order I placed early last week.
I have reported this twice with you.
It would be easier if there were choices available for free delivery.

Sorry to hear you have recently experienced delays receiving your parcels, standard delivery is free for orders over £15 or if you are a vape plus customer. Also delivery is 1 to 3 working days from dispatch more often than not delivery does occur within 1 to 3 working days, however if it does not reach out to our customer service team, we will always intervene on your behalf and raise any necessary complaint directly with the courier on your behalf, and look towards a resolution for you.
