We decided to change our log burner for a gas fire after the price of logs more than doubled. But we loved the look of our logburner in our large inglenook fireplace. And obviously high heat output was a high priority too. We visited the Fireplace Superstore who were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than blindly buying they put us in touch with the plumber/gas fitter they recommend. His name is Dom, from DNM Heating. We arranged to visit to do a full survey. He arrived on time and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He gave us a comprehensive guide to the things we had to consider when buying our new fire. We chose a fire and ordered it from Fireplace Superstore. They pointed out all the ancillary items we needed and ordered the whole package for us. They stored it for us until Dom was available to install it for us. Dom arrived promptly on the day he was starting the job. He worked non stop, efficiently and was such a pleasure to have around. He consulted us on any decisions that were needed during the process. He completed the job in the time he had said it would take. Answered any questions we had, no matter how trivial. We are absolutely delighted with both the Fireplace Superstore and the super Dom! A real star. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them both. Thank you.

I have looked at other supliers and have had a bad experience purchasing an electric fire elsewhere in the past so was very wary buying again. There was no need as the customer service was excellent as was all the advice. A big thank you to Josh and Ian for all their help.

Contacted this company about a fire I liked. Larry got back to me to advise it was discontinued and gave other options. Unfortunately I'd spent ages deciding so tried to source elsewhere whilst Larry said he would try and source it too. Had no joy but Larry managed to organise one for me so ordered this today. Super efficient and helpful.

I'd done plenty of homework online in my search for an electric fire & decided to visit the Fireplace Superstore & so glad I did. Large stock/range & importantly the prices beat what I'd seen previously. Friendly, family run business, John the owner (I couldn't believe he was in his early sixties), his mum Marlene who knew her stuff & Rick who patiently answered all my questions. Dom the fitter made a great job hiding any wiring & was extremely tidy. My new fire in the centre feature of my lounge. Would highly recommend the Fireplace Superstore 👍

Visited the show room looking for parts for my Crown fire. I was asked to email the photos of the parts required after showing them to a member of staff.
Did as requested never had a return email or any kind of response. Very poor customer service

We recently purchased a beautiful electric fire. The service and staff were just amazing. They were so helpful. They gave us the number if a local fire place fitter who was so lovely. Fitted it before Christmas 🎄. Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. I'm in love with my new fire. It actually looks like a real fire.
